I share a flat with four other people and I didn't want them to know that I had ordered Viagra. The pills actually have the same effects as the brand name ones but at a fraction of the cost. Prendere il farmaco esattamente come gli è stato prescritto dal medico. Il medico può volendo, modificare la dose per ottenere migliori risultati da questo farmaco. La dose di base è di 50-60 mg al giorno e la dose di mantenimento è solitamente di 5-10 mg al giorno.
Precauzioni
Informare il proprio medico se si hanno:malattie renali o al fegato, diabete, tubercolosi, mal di pancia, malaria, paralisi bulbare astenici, glaucoma, disturbi psichici o in caso di gravidanza. Evitare di stare vicino a persone malate o che hanno infezioni e chiamare il medico per il trattamento preventivo, se si è esposti alla varicella o al morbillo. Durante il trattamento con Prednisolone sarebbe meglio evitare di ricevere un vaccino 'live'.
Controindicazioni
Le persone che soffrono di allergie,diabete,tsenko-sindrome di Cushing, le donne in gravidanza e le persone anziane che soffrono di psicosi, osteoporosi, ulcere dello stomaco di recente intervento chirurgico, sifilide o tubercolosi non devono utilizzare il farmaco.
Possibili effetti collaterali
Chiamare il proprio medico per un consiglio medico se si riscontrano:problemi di vista, gonfiore, aumento di peso rapido, sensazione di mancanza di respiro, depressione, pensieri o comportamenti insoliti, convulsioni, feci catramose o con tracce si sangue, malattia del pancreas, conati di vomito, basso livello di potassio, aumento della minzione, pressione alta o cambiamenti d'umore.
Interazioni farmacologiche
Correggere la dose se Prednisolone interagisce con farmaci anti-diabete o con farmaci anticoagulanti.
Dose mancata
Se ci si dimentica di assumere una dose contattare il proprio medico.
Sovrdosaggio
Se si pensa di aver assunto una dose eccessiva del farmaco cercare immediatamente assistenza medica d'emergenza. I sintomi da sovradosaggio possono includere:assottigliamento della pelle, cambiamenti nel grasso corporeo, aumento della peluria o acne del viso, problemi mestruali.
Conservazione
Conservare il farmaco a temperatura ambiente tra i 20-25 C (68-77 F). Conservare lontano da umidità e luce. Tenere fuori dalla portata dei bambini e lontano da animali domestici.
