Ceclor pertenece al antibiótico de cefalosporina de segunda generación que se utiliza para tratar infecciones causadas por bacterias. Es un antibiótico potente de larga acción con propiedades bactericidas que funciona a través de la inhibición de la síntesis de proteínas bacterianas. Es eficaz contra una gran variedad de enfermedades causadas por bacterias Gram-positivas y Gram-negativas, tales como neumonía, infección de garganta, infecciones por estafilococos, amigdalitis, bronquitis, otitis, varios tipos de infecciones de la piel, gonorrea, e infecciones del tracto urinario. Ceclor no es eficaz contra los organismos anaerobios.
Instrucciones
Tome este medicamento exactamente como su médico se lo haya recetado. Usted debe seguir cuidadosamente todas las instrucciones dadas a usted. Evite sobrepasar la dosis o tomar el medicamento por más tiempo de lo que fue aconsejado por su médico. Trague el comprimido entero con un vaso lleno de agua. Este medicamento no se mastica, se aplasta o se rompe mientras lo esté tomando. Se trata de una tableta de liberación prolongada como objetivo entregar la medicina lentamente después de haberlo ingerido. Si rompe la pastilla puede causar que demasiada medicina se libere de inmediato, lo que no es deseable. En general, la dosis recomendada es de 250-500 mg por cada ocho horas o 375-500 mg que se toman cada doce horas. Para tratar la gonorrea debe tomar 3.000 mg del medicamento de inmediato. Por supuesto, el tratamiento dura 7-10 días.
Precauciones
Antes de tomar cefaclor, dígale a su médico o farmacéutico si usted es alérgico a las penicilinas o cefalosporinas otros. Este producto puede contener ingredientes inactivos que pueden causar reacciones alérgicas. Este medicamento se prescribe con precaución si usted anamnesis contiene una historia de enfermedad renal grave, enfermedad intestinal (colitis). Contraindicaciones
Ceclor está contraindicado en pacientes que presentan hipersensibilidad a cualquier componente de la medicina y otros antibióticos beta-lactámicos. Este medicamento se administra con precaución en pacientes que sufren de insuficiencia renal crónica, leucocitopenia, lupus, síndrome hemorrágico. Ceclor no se le da a las mujeres embarazadas y lactantes.
Posibles efectos secundarios
Los efectos secundarios más comunes son leves e incluyen: náuseas, vómitos, diarrea, mareos, sensación de mareo, inestabilidad, fatiga, pérdida de apetito, dolor de cabeza, reacciones alérgicas, como erupciones cutáneas o urticaria, inflamación de la cara o lengua, dificultad para tragar, ictericia, nerviosismo, insomnio, coleitis y alucinaciones. Preste atención a la posibilidad de padecer colitis seudomembranosa (una inflamación del colon causada por la erradicación de la flora intestinal normal por los antibióticos). Esto no es una lista completa de todos los posibles efectos secundarios. Otros pueden ocurrir en algunas personas y puede haber algunos efectos secundarios que no se conocen todavía. En caso de que se han experimentado efectos secundarios no mencionados anteriormente, notifique inmediatamente a su médico o al centro de intoxicaciones local.
Interacciones con otros medicamentos
Ceclor es capaz de interactuar con cumarínicos (warfarina) que se traduce en el aumento del efecto anticoagulante. La excreción de cefalosporina se reduce por el probenecid (que resulta en mayores concentraciones de fármaco en el plasma sanguíneo). La absorción de cefaclor se reduce por bloqueadores H2 (un tipo de antiácido), por lo tanto antiácidos no debe tomarse al mismo tiempo como cefaclor.
Dosis omitida
Si usted ha omitido una dosis, tómela tan pronto como sea posible. En caso de que se encuentra cerca de la hora de la ingesta de al lado, evite la dosis olvidada y mantener su horario de dosificación normal. Evite compensar la dosis olvidada mediante la adopción de uno extra.
Sobredosis
Si usted sospecha que ha usado demasiado de este medicamento, busque atención médica de emergencia inmediatamente. Haga esto aun cuando no hay signos de malestar o intoxicación. Es posible que necesite atención médica urgente. Los síntomas más comunes de sobredosis incluyen: náuseas, vómitos, trastornos digestivos (dolor de estómago, diarrea persistente). Almacenaje
Este medicamento se almacena en un lugar fresco y seco a temperatura entre 15-25 C (59-77 F), lejos de fuentes de luz del sol, el calor y la humedad. No guarde este medicamento en el baño. Mantenga este producto fuera del alcance de los niños y las mascotas.
