CEFACLOR é um antibiótico de cefalosporina. É usado para tratar infecções na pele, de tipo respiratório, sinusite, ouvidos, e da urina. Não funciona em constipações, gripe, ou outros tipos de infecções virais.
O que devo dizer ao meu médico antes de tomar este medicamento?
Ele precisa de saber se tem alguma destas condições:
- hemorragias
- diarreia
- doença renal
- problemas de intestinos ou estômago (especialmente colite)
- uma infecção alérgica ou rara a cefaclor, outros antibióticos de cefalosporina, penicilina, penicilamina, outros alimentos, corantes ou conservantes
- se está grávida ou a tentar engravidar
- se está a amamentar
Como devo tomar este medicamento?
Tome este medicamento via oral. Pode tomar este medicamento durante a refeição ou em jejum. Se o medicamento lhe causar dores de estômago, pode ajudar tomar durante a refeição. Tome o seu medicamento em intervalos regulares. Não tomar o medicamento mais vezes do que o prescrito. Tome o medicamento como lhe foi receitado mesmo que pense estar melhor. Não saltar doses ou acabar de tomar o medicamento antes do previsto.
Fale com o seu pediatra quanto à utilização deste medicamento em crianças. Cuidados especiais podem ser necessários.
Sobredosagem: Se pensa que poderá ter tomado uma dose superior ao prescrito contacte o Centro de Informação Antivenenos ou os Serviços de Urgência de imediato.
NOTA: Este medicamento é apenas para si. Não o partilhe com outros.
Que fazer se falhei uma toma?
Se se esquecer de uma dose, tome-a o mais rapidamente possível. Se for quase altura da sua próxima dose, use apenas essa. Não redobre ou tome doses extra. Deve haver um intervalo de pelo menos 4 horas entre cada dose.
O que pode interferir com este medicamento?

- febre ou arrepios

- problemas em urinar ou mudança na quantidade de urina
