Fludac (Fluoxetine)
Informazioni generali
Fludac è un farmaco con il compito di prolungare l'azione della serotonina nel cervello. Costringe i vasi sanguigni, inoltre agisce anche come neurotrasmettitore. È indicato come antidepressivo potente ed è considerato efficace per alleviare la depressione. Mira inoltre a trattare nevrosi ossessivo-compulsive, bulimia nervosa, disturbi psicologici premestruali (disforia).
Indicazioni
La normalre dose da assumere di questo farmaco è di 1 compressa assunta 1 o 2 volte al giorno. Se si vuole raggiungere migliori risultati, è necessario prendere Fludac per un periodo di tempo prolungato. Prima di riprendersi dai sintomi depressi potrebbero passare anche 4 settimane. Tuttavia se si prende questo farmaco per 3 mesi consecutivi, l'effetto dovrebbe durare per 9 mesi circa. Per il trattamento del disturbo ossessivo-compulsivo, è necessario assumere il farmaco per 5 settimane e ottenere così risultati migliori.
Precauzioni
È necessario consultare il medico e comunicargli tutte le problematiche precedentemente avute, soprattutto se si è sofferto di ripetuti attacchi epilettici o di qualche allergia. Questo farmaco può compromettere l’attenzione e le reazioni, quindi è necessario evitare di fare qualsiasi cosa che richiede la massima prudenza (come mettersi alla guida). L’assunzione del farmaco può provocare vertigini e una sensazione di sonnolenza.
Controindicazioni
L’assunzione del farmaco è vietata ai pazienti che hanno sofferto o soffrono di diabete, insufficienza epatica o attacchi di cuore. È necessario consultare il medico se si pensa di essere incinta, in caso di gravidanza o di allattamento in quanto i possibili effetti collaterali durante la gravidanza non sono ancora stati adeguatamente studiati. Si è constato che il medicinale può essere trasmesso nel latte materno.
Possibili effetti collaterali
Effetti collaterali comuni possono essere: eiaculazione anormale, un basso desiderio sessuale, vertigini, secchezza delle fauci, febbre bassa, flatulenza, mal di testa, impotenza, disturbi del sonno, prurito, modificazione dell’appetito che può aumentare o diminuire, malattia, ansia, orticaria, sinusite, sonnolenza , mal di gola, sudorazione, tremori, diarrea, conati di vomito e sensazione di stanchezza. Effetti collaterali meno comuni possono essere: cambiamenti nel gusto, agitazione, emorragie, brividi, dolore all'orecchio, confusione mentale, febbre, minzione frequente, ipertensione, aumento dell'appetito, perdita di memoria, palpitazioni, ronzio alle orecchie, disturbi del sonno e aumento di peso. Nei bambini e negli adolescenti, gli effetti collaterali meno comuni possono causare: agitazione, eccessivo sanguinamento mestruale, minzione frequente, mania o ipomania (euforia e iperattività).
Interazioni farmacologiche
Prima dell’utilizzo di supplementi a base di erbe o alimenti o farmaci non prescritti, consultare il proprio medico o farmacista.
Dose mancata
Assumere la dose dimenticata non appena possibile. Se è quasi ora della dose successiva basta non assumerla e tornare ad assumere il farmaco come previsto. Non assumere due dosi in una volta.
Overdose
Un sovradosaggio del farmaco può causare la morte, quindi se si sospetta di aver abusato di Fludac, contattare urgentemente il medico.
Conservazione
Conservare il farmaco a 20 -25 °C (68 -77 ° F), lontano da calore, umidità e luce. Non conservare in bagno. Tenere lontano dalla portata dei bambini e da animali domestici. Non assumere il farmaco dopo la data di scadenza.
