Risnia (Risperidone)

Allgemeine Information

Anweisung

Sie müssen sorgfältig alle Anweisungen befolgen, die Sie von einem Arzt bekommen. Hören Sie die Einnahme des Arzneimittels nicht auf, bevor das von Ihrem Arzt nicht erlaubt ist. Dieses Medikament wird mit Vorsicht verwendet, wenn Patienten an Diabetes, Leberinsuffizienz, Herzinfarkt, Parkinson-Erkrankung, Augen- oder Nierenproblemen leiden. Vermeiden Sie Alkohol zu trinken und zu rauchen, wenn Sie mit diesem Medikament behandelt werden. Wenden Sie sich an Ihren Arzt oder Apotheker für weitere Details.

Kontraindikationen

Dieses Medikament wird bei Patienten kontraindiziert, die Überempfindlichkeit gegen einen Bestandteil der Rezeptur haben. Sie müssen Ihren Arzt konsultieren, wenn Sie schwanger sind, planen, schwanger zu sein oder ein Kind stillen, denn dieses Medikament kann einen gewissen Schaden an einem Fötus zu provozieren oder in die Muttermilch ausgeschieden kann.

Mögliche Nebenwirkungen

Suchen Sie sofort nach Nothilfe, wenn Sie abnorme Ejakulation, niedrigen Geschlechtstrieb, Schwindel, trockenen Mund, niedriges Fieber, Blähungen, akute Kopfschmerzen, Juckreiz, Veränderungen im Appetit oder Übelkeit, Angst, Nesselsucht, schwere Schlafsucht, Halsschmerzen, Schwitzen, Zittern, Durchfall, Brechreiz, Gefühl von Müdigkeit, anormalen Geschmack, Unruhe, Blutungen, Schüttelfrost, Ohrenschmerzen, Geistesverwirrung, Fieber, häufiges Wasserlassen, Bluthochdruck, erhöhten Appetit, Gedächtnisverlust, Herzrasen und Schlaflosigkeit haben. Bei Kindern und Jugendlichen können weniger häufige Nebenwirkungen vorkommen, wie z.B. Aufregung, übermäßiger Monatsblutung, häufiges Wasserlassen, Manie oder Hypomanie (Hochstimmung und Hyperaktivität). Die Nebenwirkung von Risnia sind auch mit Gewichtszunahme und Stoffwechselstörungen, tardiver Dyskinesie und malignen neuroleptischen Syndrom verbunden. Das ist keine vollständige Liste aller möglichen Nebenwirkungen. Andere können bei manchen Patienten auftreten und es kann einige Nebenwirkungen sein, die noch nicht bekannt sind. Wenn Sie andere Nebenwirkungen haben, die nicht aufgeführt sind, wenden Sie sich sofort an Ihren Arzt.

Wechselwirkung

Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt über alle verschreibungspflichtige und rezeptfreie Arzneimittel, Vitamine und Phytopharmaka, die Sie einnehmen. Im Allgemeinen kann dieses Medikament mit einer Klasse von Antikonvulsiva, Stimmung-stabilisierenden Medikamenten (Carbamazepin) zur Behandlung von Epilepsie und bipolarer Störung; mit Antidepressiva, die als eine selektive Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitoren (Fluvoxamin) wirken; Sympathicolytika-Betablocker (Propranolol), die Bluthochdruck, Panik und Angst behandeln, mit einer Klasse von Makrolid-Antibiotika (Erythromycin), einer Klasse von bakteriellen Antibiotika der Gruppe Rifamycin (Rifampicin); mit einer Gruppe von Fluorchinolon-Antibiotika zur Behandlung bakterieller Infektionen (Sparfloxazin); mit antidopaminergen Medikamente wie Antiemetika und Neuroleptika wie Droperidol zusammenwirken.

Verpasste Dosis

Nehmen Sie die verpasste Dosis so bald wie möglich ein. Wenn es fast Zeit der folgenden Einnahme ist, lassen Sie es gerade aus und gehen Sie zu Ihrem Einnahmeplan zurück. Nehmen Sie keine Extradosis ein, um die verpasste Dosis zusammenzusetzen.

Überdosierung

Wenn Sie denken, dass Sie das Arzneimittel überdosiert haben, suchen Sie sofort nach Nothilfe. Tun Sie das auch, wenn es keine Anzeichen von Unwohlsein oder Vergiftung sind. Möglicherweise müssen Sie dringend ärztliche Hilfe brauchen. Die Überdosis-Symptome sind: extreme Sedierung, Schlaflosigkeit, sexuelle Dysfunktion, Hypotonie oder Hypertonie, Muskel- und Gelenkschmerzen, Verstopfung. Wenn einige dieser Symptome anhalten oder sich verschlimmern, suchen Sie sofort den ärztlichen Notdienst.

Aufbewahrung

Bewahren Sie das Arzneimittel bei der Raumtemperatur zwischen 68-77ºF (20-25ºC) weg vom Licht, der Feuchtigkeit und Hitze auf. Nicht im Badezimmer aufbewahren. Bewahren Sie alle Arzneimittel weg von Kindern und Haustieren auf. Beachten Sie das Verfallsdatum!
