Zyprexa (Olanzapine)
Informazioni generali
Zyprexa è un farmaco antipsicotico atipico. Il suo ingrediente principale è Olanzapina. Il medicinale è stato prescritto per il trattamento della schizofrenia e del disturbo bipolare.
Indicazioni
Si consiglia di prendere la medicina come è stato prescritto dal medico. Inghiottire il farmaco con un bicchiere d'acqua, indifferentemente a stomaco pieno o vuoto. Non superare la dose prescritta.
Precauzioni
Prima di iniziare il trattamento con Zyprexa informare il proprio medico di tutte le condizioni si può avere soprattutto su eventuali problemi come allergie problemi al fegato, occhi e reni, disturbo bipolare. Non bere alcolici o fumare. Persone di mezza età possono essere più sensibili al farmaco.
Controindicazioni
Le donne in gravidanza e allattamento, bambini e pazienti con ipersensibilità al Zyprexa non possono utilizzare il farmaco.
Possibili effetti collaterali
Gli effetti collaterali possono essere i seguenti: secchezza delle fauci, vertigini, irritabilità, sedazione, insonnia, ritenzione urinaria. Effetti indesiderati gravi sono improbabili. Se si verificano effetti collaterali non elencati sopra contattare il medico.
Interazione farmacologica
Zyprexa può interagire con i seguenti farmaci: antibiotici, fenotiazine, farmaci per il diabete, medicine di alta pressione sanguigna, omeprazolo, farmaci per il morbo di Parkinson, fluvoxamina.
Dose mancata
Prendere la dose non appena possibile. Se è quasi ora della dose successiva basta saltare e tornare al vostro programma.
Sovradosaggio
Se si pensa di aver assunto un’ overdose del farmaco chiamare immediatamente l’ assistenza medica di emergenza. I sintomi di sovradosaggio sono dolore al petto, nausea, battito cardiaco irregolare, e sensazione di testa leggera o svenimento.
Conservazione
Conservare il farmaco a temperatura ambiente tra i 68-77 gradi F (20-25 ° C) lontano dalla luce e dall'umidità.
