Allgemeine Information

Dieses Medikament wird verwendet, um Abstoßungsreaktionen bei Menschen, die eine Leber-, Nieren-oder Herztransplantation erhalten haben, zu verhindern. Es wird in der Regel zusammen mit anderen Medikamenten eingenommen, damit Ihr neues Organ normal funktionieren wird. Neoral wird auch zur Behandlung von schwerer rheumatoider Arthritis und einer gewissen Zustand der Haut (schwere Psoriasis) verwendet. Dieses Medikament kann auch verwendet werden, um eine Abstoßung in andere Arten von Organtransplantationen (z.B. Hornhaut, Bauchspeicheldrüse) oder Knochenmark-Transplantation zu verhindern. Anweisung

Nehmen Sie Neoral so ein, wie es von Ihrem Arzt verschrieben wird. Für Organtransplantationen beträgt die empfohlene Dosis von 10 Mg bis 15 Mg pro Kilogramm des Körpergewichts pro Tag (in 2 Dosen) ab mindestens 12 Stunden vor der Operation. Für Knochenmarktransplantation wird das Medikament in der Regel bei einer täglichen Dosis von etwa 12,5 Mg pro Kilogramm des Körpergewichts, verteilt auf 2 Dosen. Für die Behandlung von Psoriasis ist die empfohlene Anfangsdosis 2 Mg pro Kilogramm des Körpergewichts pro Tag in 2 Dosen. Für die Behandlung von rheumatoider Arthritis beträgt die empfohlene Dosis 2 Mg pro Kilogramm des Körpergewichts pro Tag in 2 verteilten Dosen für die ersten 6 Wochen der Behandlung. Für nephrotisches Syndrom, ist die empfohlene Anfangsdosis 3,5 Mg pro Kilogramm des Körpergewichts pro Tag für Erwachsene und 4,2 Mg pro Kilogramm des Körpergewichts pro Tag für Kinder. Menschen mit eingeschränkter Nierenfunktion sollen nicht mehr als 2,5 Mg pro Kilogramm des Körpergewichts pro Tag erhalten. Sie können dieses Medikament mit oder ohne Essen einnehmen. Vermeiden Sie Grapefruit zu essen oder Grapefruitsaft zu trinken, während Sie mit diesem Medikament behandelt werden.

Vorsichtsmaßnahmen

Vor der Einnahme von Neoral sollen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt sprechen, wenn Sie Lebererkrankung, Leberentzündung, Zirrhose, Leberinsuffizienz, niedriges Cholesterin, Nierenerkrankung, Niereninsuffizienz, hoher Blutdruck (Hypertonie), Hautkrebs, Zuckerkrankheit, Lymphom, Infektion irgendeiner Art, niedriges Niveau von Magnesium in Ihrem Blut, irgendwelche Allergien haben. Dieses Arzneimittel kann Sie schwindlig machen. Fahren Sie das Auto nicht oder führen Sie keine Aufgaben aus, die Aufmerksamkeit erfordern. Vermeiden Sie Immunisierungen oder Impfungen. Vermeiden Sie den Kontakt mit Leuten, die die Grippe oder andere ansteckende Krankheit haben. Die älteren Menschen können ein höheres Risiko für die Auswirkungen auf den Blutdruck und Nieren haben, während sie dieses Medikament verwenden. Dieses Arzneimittel kann den Betrag von Harnsäure in Ihrem Blut vergrößern, die Nierensteine oder Gicht verursachen können.

Kontraindikationen

Sie sollen Neoral nicht einnehmen, wenn Sie zu Cyclosporin oder einem der sonstigen Bestandteile des Arzneimittels allergisch sind, wenn Sie Neoral gegen rheumatoide Arthritis oder Psoriasis einnehmen, und Nierenerkrankungen, unbehandelte Bluthochdruck oder Krebs, Psoriasis haben. Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt, wenn Sie schwanger sind oder stillen.

Mögliche Nebenwirkungen

Suchen Sie sofort nach Nothilfe, wenn Sie Wasserlassen weniger als üblich, Benommenheit, Verwirrtheit, Stimmungsschwankungen, vermehrten Durst, Schwellungen, Gewichtszunahme, Kurzatmigkeit, verschwommenes Sehen, Kopfschmerzen, Krampfanfälle, Muskelschmerzen, Schwäche, Herzrasen, Benommenheit, Atemnot, Fieber, Nesselsucht , Schüttelfrost, Halsschmerzen, Grippe-Symptome, blasse Haut, Übelkeit, Bauchschmerzen, Schwellungen von Gesicht, Lippen, Zunge, Appetitlosigkeit, Juckreiz, dunklen Urin, lehmfarbenen Stuhl, Gelbsucht (Gelbfärbung der Haut oder Augen), Zittern, verstärkten Haarwuchs, Schmerzen, Durchfall, Verstopfung, Erbrechen haben. Wenn Sie andere Nebenwirkungen haben, die nicht aufgeführt sind, wenden Sie sich sofort an Ihren Arzt.

Wechselwirkung

Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt über alle Arzneimittel, die Sie einnehmen können, besonders über Aliskiren, Allopurinol, Blutdrucksenker, ACE-Hemmer (Benazepril, Lisinopril, Ramipril, Enalapril), Lithium, Calcium-Kanal-Blocker, Colchicin, Krebsmedizin (Ifosfamid, Carmustin, Tretinoin), Dabigatran, Digoxin, Echinacea, Fentanyl, Methotrexat, Medikamente gegen Schmerzen oder Arthritis (Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Naproxen, Paracetamol), Methylprednisolon, antivirale Medikamente (Cidofovir, Adefovir, Foscarnet), Natalizumab, nichtsteroidale Antirheumatika (Celecoxib, Etodolac, Diclofenac, Ibuprofen, Indomethacin), Orlistat, Pimecrolimus, kaliumsparende Diuretika (Spironolacton, Amilorid, Triamteren), Statine Medikamente (Pitavastatin, Simvastatin, Fluvastatin), Tacrolimus, Tolvaptan, Topotecan. Wechselwirkung zwischen zwei Medikamenten nicht immer bedeutet, dass Sie die Einnahme einer von ihnen aufhören müssen. Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt über alle verschreibungspflichtige und rezeptfreie Arzneimittel, Vitamine und Phytopharmaka, die Sie einnehmen.

Verpasste Dosis
