Informazioni generali
Levitra è una terapia per le disfunzioni erettili. Il suo ingrediente attivo è il Vadernafil. Questo farmaco permette una migliore affluenza sanguinea al pene per ottenere e mantenere l’erezione durante il rapporto sessuale.
Istruzioni
Levitra è venduta in pillole da 20 mg ciascuna. La dose iniziale raccomandata è di 10 mg. Va assunto un ora prima dell’attività. Se non si ottiene nessun effetto la dose può essere aumentata a 20 mg. Non è consigliato assumere più di una pillola da 20 mg al giorno.
Precauzioni
Prima di iniziare il trattamento con Levitra informare il proprio medico delle proprie condizioni in particolare riguardo a: problemi ai reni o al fegato, disturbi nella coagulazione, ulcera allo stomaco, retinite pigmentosa, reazioni allergiche ad altri farmaci, deformazioni del pene come per esempio un angolazione particolare, fibrosi cavernosa (sindrome di Peyronie), anemia falciforme, mieloma multiplo, leucemia.
Controindicazioni
È controindicato prendere Levitra se si è sensibili a qualcuno dei suoi componenti, se si è sottoposti ad un trattamento a base di nitrati organici o se si assumono inibitori per l’HIV proteasi come Ritornavis e Indinavis,e se si è di un età inferiore ai 16 anni.
Possibili effetti collaterali
Interazione farmacologica
Prima di iniziare la vostra cura con Levitra dite al vostro medico di tutti i farmaci che state assumendo, soprattutto di eritromicina, ketoconazolo (Nizoral), itraconazolo (Sporanox), indinavir (Crixivan) e ritonavir (Norvir), alfa-bloccanti (terazosina o Hytrin) . I pazienti che assumono nitrati organici non possono utilizzare Levitra.
Dose mancata
Levitra è utilizzata quando è necessario, quindi è improbabile che si dimentichi una dose.
Sovradosaggio
Se pensi di avere overdose del farmaco chiamare immediatamente il pronto intervento. I sintomi di sovradosaggio sono mal di schiena, dolori alla mandibola o al braccio, cecità, visione offuscata, dolore o fastidio al petto, diminuzione della vista.
Conservazione
Conservare a temperatura ambiente tra i 15-30 C (59-86 F) lontano dalla portata dei bambini, animali, umidità e luce solare.
