Many thanks. Now, after 3 orders I can confidently say you do an awesome job. My doctor recommended the usual prescription pills for my condition but he failed to mention how expensive these were. Because of my age, my sexual performance has slowly but surely diminished and I hate feeling like an old man.

Precauzioni
Per iniziare il trattamento con Nolvadex, la paziente deve monitorare ogni sanguinamento vaginale anormale, cambiamenti nei periodi mestruali, cambiamenti di perdite vaginali, o dolore pelvico e pressione, perché potrebbe aumentare la possibilità di sviluppo del cancro dell'endometrio.
Controindicazioni
A donne incinte o che allattano e a pazienti con ipersensibilità al Nolvadex non è possibile utilizzare il farmaco. Le pazienti con malattie agli occhi, iperlipidemia, leucopenia, trombocitopenia, ipercalcemia, grave tromboflebite e tromboembolismo e devono essere monitorate.
Possibili effetti collaterali
Gli effetti indesiderati comuni sono: vampate di calore, nausea, vomito, aumento di peso, cambiamenti dei periodi mestruali.
Interazione farmacologica
Il medicinale può causare anomalie nei test epatici e del sangue; è inoltre richiesto il monitoraggio, in modo regolare, degli effetti collaterali causati da Nolvadex. Se si dovesse verificare uno degli effetti collaterali è necessario consultare il proprio medico.
Dose mancata
Assumere la dose dimenticata non appena possibile. Se è quasi ora della dose successiva basta non assumerla e tornare ad assumere il farmaco come previsto.
Sovradosaggio
Se si pensa di avere assunto un sovradosaggio del farmaco, cercare assistenza medica immediatamente.
Conservazione
Conservare il farmaco a temperatura ambiente tra i 20-25 C (68-77 F).
