I was just about to run out of pills and I would have had to refill my prescription at a regular pharmacy. Very prompt delivery! It was worth spending a few extra dollars just for getting the drugs I need on time. Our sexual activity has seen a slow but sure decline since I was first diagnosed with ED a few years ago. I share a flat with four other people and I didn't want them to know that I had ordered Viagra.

Inderal (Propranolol)
Informazioni generali
Inderal è un farmaco che appartiene al gruppo dei cosiddetti beta-bloccanti. Indicato per il trattamento di diverse problematiche legate alla cuore e ai vasi sanguigni, come tremori, dolori al petto, ipertensione, disturbi del ritmo cardiaco, cardiopatia ischemica, cardiomiopatia ipertrofica, myocardiodystrophy, ecc. Il farmaco agisce bloccando l'azione di una sostanza chimica chiamata noradrenalina che viene rilasciata dai nervi nel cuore per controllarne la velocità e la forza di battere e di un'altra sostanza chimica che è un ormone chiamato adrenalina. Come risultato, Inderal riduce la frequenza cardiaca ed è utile per trattare ritmi rapidi del cuore fuori norma, inoltre riduce la forza di contrazione del muscolo cardiaco e abbassa la pressione sanguinea dando al muscolo cardiaco la concentrazione di ossigeno di cui ha bisogno.
Indicazioni
Precauzioni
Si raccomanda di non usare il medicinale se si soffre di: una malattia cardiaca, asma, insufficienza epatica o renale. Non bere bevande alcoliche.
Controindicazioni
Non è consentito l’utilizzo del farmaco a pazienti con bradicardia sinusale, blocco atrioventricolare incompleto o completo, grave e insufficienza ventricolare a sinistra e a destra, asma bronchiale e una tendenza a broncospasmo, gravidanza, disturbi del flusso sanguigno arterioso periferico.
Possibili effetti collaterali
Gli effetti indesiderati più comuni possono essere: diarrea, vomito, nausea, bradicardia, vertigini, allergie, prurito, broncospasmo e depressione.
Interazioni farmacologiche
Inderal può interagire con: alcol, alluminio, teofillina, lidocaina, fenitoina, fenobarbital, rifampicina, cimetidina e clorpromazina.
Dose mancata
Assumere la dose dimenticata non appena possibile. Se è quasi ora della dose successiva basta non assumerla e tornare ad assumere il farmaco come previsto.
