Los coágulos son una complicación grave que puede causar derrames cerebrales, ataques al corazón, o bloqueo de los vasos sanguíneos en los pulmones (embolia pulmonar). También se utiliza para ciertos tipos de pruebas para el corazón que examinar qué tan bien fluye la sangre por el corazón.
Instrucciones
Tome Persantine exactamente según lo prescrito por su médico. La dosis recomendada para adultos por vía oral para la prevención de coágulos de sangre es de 100 mg 4 veces al día una hora antes de las comidas. Si se toma con un diario g ASA, la dosis de dipiridamol se puede reducir a 25 mg 4 veces al día. Tómelo con un vaso lleno de agua.
Precauciones
Antes de tomar Persantine usted debe hablar con su médico si usted tiene enfermedad del hígado, presión arterial baja, enfermedad grave de la arteria coronaria (aterosclerosis), dolor de pecho no controlados (de pecho), ataque al corazón. Puede causar disminución de la presión arterial y aumentar el efecto de medicamentos para bajar la presión arterial. No tome aspirina u otros antiinflamatorios no esteroideos-inflamatorios no esteroideos (AINE). Este medicamento puede causar mareos. No conduzca o realice tareas que requieren vigilancia. Limite el consumo de las bebidas alcohólicas.
Contraindicaciones
No tome Persantine si usted es alérgico al dipiridamol o a cualquier otro ingrediente del medicamento. Informe a su médico si está embarazada o amamantando. No debe ser usado por un niño menor de 12 años de edad.
Los posibles efectos secundarios
Obtenga ayuda médica de emergencia si usted tiene dolor abdominal o de estómago, dolor de cabeza, diarrea, mareos, aturdimiento, náuseas, vómitos, enrojecimiento facial, debilidad, cálculos biliares, los ojos o piel amarillentos, dolor en el pecho, aumento del ritmo cardíaco, presión arterial baja, urticaria, dificultad para respirar , o hinchazón de la cara o la garganta, sangrado o moretones inusuales. Si usted nota otros efectos no mencionados anteriormente, consulte a su médico.
Interacciones con otros medicamentos
Dígale a su médico acerca de todas las medicinas que usted use, especialmente: anticoagulantes adenosina, la sangre (heparina, enoxaparina, dalteparina, ardeparin, fondaparinux, tinzaparina), inhibidores de la colinesterasa (donepezilo, rivastigmina), abciximab, eptifibatide ácido valproico, piridostigmina, neostigmina. La interacción entre los dos medicamentos no siempre significa que usted debe dejar de tomar uno de ellos. Dígale a su médico sobre todos los medicamentos, de venta libre-, y los medicamentos a base de hierbas que está tomando.
Dosis olvidada
Tome la dosis que se ha olvidado tan pronto como sea posible. No tome la dosis olvidada si es la hora para su próxima dosis. No tome más medicina para alcanzar la dosis pasada.
Sobredosis
Si usted piensa que tiene una sobredosis de la medicina debe buscar ayuda médica de inmediato. Los síntomas de sobredosis son la sudoración, el calor o cosquilleo debajo de la piel, mareos, debilidad, inquietud, latido cardiaco rápido, sensación de mareo o desmayo.
Almacenaje
Guarde el medicamento a temperatura ambiente de 77 grados F (25 grados C) lejos de la luz y la humedad. No guarde los medicamentos en el cuarto de baño. Mantenga todos los medicamentos fuera del alcance de los niños y las mascotas.
