Tadacip (Tadalafil)
Informations générales
Tadacip est prescrit pour le traitement de la dysfonction de l’érection. Il agit seulement en présence de stimulation sexuelle. Il améliore la relaxation des muscles lisses, ce qui favorise l’augmentation du flux sanguin dans le pénis, et permet d’atteindre et de maintenir l'érection.
Posologie
Il est recommandé de prendre le médicament suivant la prescription de votre médecin. La dose initiale recommandée est de 20 mg par jour.
Précautions
Avant de commencer votre traitement au Tadacip, veuillez informer votre médecin si vous souffrez de maladie cardiaque, si vous avez un pénis anormal, y compris un pénis courbé et des malformations congénitales du pénis, une maladie de l’artère coronarienne, une arythmie, une angine, une crise cardiaque ou une insuffisance cardiaque, une hypo ou hypertension, une hémorragie, des ulcères d'estomac, un diabète, l'hyperlipidémie (excès de lipides dans le sang), une drépanocytose, une insuffisance du foie ou des reins en antécédent.
Contre-indications
Les patients en traitement aux nitrates organiques et les patients présentant une hypersensibilité à Tadacip devraient éviter l’utilisation du médicament.
Effets secondaires possibles
Les effets secondaires peuvent être les suivants: des douleurs musculaires, des maux de tête, la dyspepsie, des maux de dos, une rougeur au visage, des maux d'estomac, de la diarrhée, des symptômes pseudo-grippaux, des nausées, une pression artérielle basse, une vision floue et des changements dans la vision des couleurs, ainsi qu’une éjaculation anormale.
Interaction des médicaments
Tdacip peut avoir une interaction avec l'alcool, le tabac, le tétranitrate érythrol, le dinitrate d'isosorbide, le mononitrate d'isosorbide, la nitroglycérine, le tétranitrate de pentaérythritol. Le niveau et la toxicité de Tadacip sont augmentés par l'érythromycine, le kétoconazole, l'itraconazole, l'indinavir et le ritonavir. Avisez votre médecin de tous les médicaments que vous prenez.
Omission de dose
Tadacip est utilisé en cas de besoin, une omission de dose est donc peu probable.
Surdosage
Si vous pensez avoir pris une surdose de ce médicament, demandez une aide médicale d'urgence immédiatement.
Conservation
Conservez le médicament à la température ambiante entre 59-86 °F (15-30 °C) à l’abri de la lumière et de l'humidité.
