I had no idea generic pills work this well. My doctor recommended the usual prescription pills for my condition but he failed to mention how expensive these were. Motilium è prescritto per il trattamento del vomito di diversa origine, del singhiozzo, dell’ atonia del tratto gastrointestinale, della dispepsia causata da stomaco lento, della malattia da reflusso gastroesofageo,dell’ esofagite, di gas , di bruciore di stomaco con o senza passaggio di contenuto gastrico nella bocca o per accelerare la peristalsi in caso di esame radiografico imminente. Agisce bloccando i recettori dopamina pereferal e centrale. Motilium attenua la nausea e il singhiozzo.
Indicazioni
Si consiglia di prendere il farmaco nelle modalità con cui è stato prescritto dal medico. La dose iniziale è di 10 mg 3-4 volte al giorno. Essa può essere aumentata a 20 mg per 3-4 volte al giorno. Prendere il farmaco 30 minuti prima dei pasti.
Precauzioni
Le donne che allattano non possono assumere il farmaco. Le donne in gravidanza possono prenderlo solo dopo l'approvazione del proprio medico.
Controindicazioni
I pazienti con ipersensibilità, sanguinamento del tratto gastrointestinale, meccanica ostruzione intestinale, perforazione dello stomaco o dell'intestino, prolactinom e bambini non possono prendere il farmaco.
Possibili effetti collaterali
Gli effetti collaterali più frequenti possono essere i seguenti: spasmi transitori dell'intestino, reazioni allergiche (rash cutaneo, orticaria), iperprolattinemia (galattorrea, ginecomastia).
Interazioni farmacologiche
Motilium può interagire con Domperidone,con i farmaci anticolinergici, con agenti antifungini azolici, con antibiotici macrolidi, con inibitori della proteasi dell'HIV e con il nefazodone (antidepressivo).
Dose mancata
Prendere la dose saltata non appena possibile. Se è quasi tempo di prendere la dose successiva saltarla e ritornare al vostro programma.
Sovradosaggio
Se si pensa di aver assunto una dose eccessiva del farmaco cercare immediatamente assistenza medica d'emergenza. I sintomi da sovradosaggio sono:sonnolenza, disorientamento, disturbi extrapiramidali.
Conservazione
Conservare il farmaco a temperatura ambiente tra i 59-77 F (15-25 C) lontano dalla luce e dall'umidità e dalla portata di bambini e animali domestici.
