I have already recommended your site to all of my friends and they agree it is a great business. O que devo dizer ao meu médico antes de tomar este medicamento?
Ele precisa de saber se tem alguma destas condições:
- doença renal ou hepática
- dificuldade para engolir
- reacção invulgar ou alérgica à famotidina, outros medicamentos, alimentos, corantes ou conservantes
- se está grávida ou a tentar engravidar
- se está a amamentar
Como devo tomar este medicamento?
Tome este medicamento por via oral com um copo de água. Se só pode tomar este medicamento uma vez ao dia, tome-o antes de deitar. Tome a sua dose a intervalos regulares. Não tome o medicamento mais frequentemente do que prescrito.
Fale com o seu pediatra quanto à utilização deste medicamento em crianças. Cuidados especiais poderão ser necessários.
Sobredosagem: Se pensa que poderá ter tomado uma dose superior ao prescrito contacte o Centro de Informação Antivenenos ou os Serviços de Urgência de imediato.
NOTA: Este medicamento é apenas para si. Não o partilhe com outros.
Que fazer se falhei uma toma?
Se falhar uma dose, tome-a assim que puder. Se for quase hora da sua próxima dose, tome apenas a dose. Não tome doses duplas ou extra.
O que pode interferir com este medicamento?
- delavirdina
- itraconazol
- cetoconazol
Esta lista pode não descrever todas as interacções possíveis. Dê ao seu médico ou farmacêutico a lista de todos os medicamentos, produtos naturais, medicamentos sem prescrição médica, ou suplementos dietéticos que esteja a tomar. Que cuidados devo ter enquanto tomar este medicamento?
Informe o seu médico ou profissional de saúde se sua condição não começar a melhorar ou se piorar. Conclua o curso completo de comprimidos prescritos, mesmo que se sinta melhor. Não tome com aspirina, ibuprofeno ou outros medicamentos anti-inflamatórios. Estes podem piorar o seu estado.
Não fume cigarros ou beba álcool. Estes causam irritação no estômago e podem aumentar o tempo de recuperação das suas úlceras.
Se precisar de tomar um antiácido, deve tomá-lo pelo menos 1 hora antes ou 1 hora após este medicamento. Este medicamento não será tão eficaz se tomado concomitantemente com um antiácido.
Se ficar negro, com fezes negras, ou com vomitado que se assemelhe a borras de café, chame o seu médico ou profissional de saúde imediatamente. Pode ter uma úlcera hemorrágica.
Que efeitos secundários posso notar com a toma deste medicamento?
Efeitos secundários que deve reportar ao seu médico de imediato:
- agitação, nervosismo
- confusão
- alucinações
- erupções cutâneas, prurido
Efeitos secundários que normalmente não requerem atenção médica (diga ao seu médico ou profissional de saúde se persistem, ou se são incómodos):
- obstipação
- diarreia
- tonturas
- cefaleia

Onde devo guardar o meu medicamento?
Mantenha-o fora do alcance das crianças.
Conservar à temperatura ambiente entre 15 e 30 graus C (59 e 86 graus F). Não congelar. Elimine qualquer medicamento não utilizado após a data de expiração.
