Instrucciones

Contraindicaciones
Este medicamento no se utiliza en casos de insuficiencia renal, hepatitis, cirrosis, la alergia a danazol, porfiria, insifficnecia cardíaca, insuficiencia cardíaca congestiva, el flujo vaginal excesivo. Consulte a su médico antes de tomar, en caso de que el plan son el embarazo, estar embarazada o dando de lactar ya que este medicamento puede causar daño al feto y excretan en la leche materna. La lactancia materna debe ser detenida mientras una madre este recibiendo este medicamento.
Posibles efectos secundarios
Usted tiene que notificar de inmediato a su médico si usted sufre de síntomas molestos tales como reacciones alérgicas que involucran erupción cutánea, urticaria, dificultad para respirar; avance lento, opresión en el pecho, hinchazón de la boca, cara, labios, lengua, párpados, mareos, mareo, visión borrosa, sequedad de boca, de color azul labios, uñas o palmas de las manos, sensación de desmayo, palpitaciones, fiebre alta, náuseas, dolor de estómago, diarrea acuosa o sanguinolenta, vómitos, dolor muscular y de articulaciones, pérdida de apetito, escalofríos. Interacciones con otros medicamentos
Usted debe notificar a su profesional del cuidado de la salud si usted ya está tomando antiarrítmicos (amiodarona, quinidina), antibióticos macrólidos (eritromicina), fenotiazinas (tioridazina), pimozida, quinolonas (ciprofloxacino), antagonistas de los receptores de serotonina antieméticos (dolasetrón), antidepresivos (imipramina) , o ziprasidona, antifúngicos (ketoconazol), cimetidina, inhibidores de la proteasa (ritonavir), inhibidores selectivos de la recaptación de serotonina (ISRS) (fluoxetina), la serotonina inhibidores de la recaptación de noradrenalina (duloxetina), o la venlafaxina, los anticoagulantes (warfarina), bloqueadores beta (propranolol ), digoxina, el haloperidol, la lidocaína.
Dosis omitida
En caso de haber olvidado a tomar una dosis de este medicamento, tómelo tan pronto como sea posible. Si ya está supuesta a tomar la siguiente dosis, no tome la dosis que olvidó y mantenga a su horario de dosificación normal. No tome dos dosis de inmediato.
Sobredosis
Si usted cree que una sobredosis del medicamento, comuníquese inmediatamente con su centro local de envenenamiento y notifique a su médico o farmacéutico. Haga esto aun cuando no hay signos de malestar o intoxicación. Es posible que necesite atención médica urgente.
