Finpecia (Finasteride)
Informations générales
Finpecia est utilisé pour traiter l'alopécie androgénétique (calvitie de type masculin), le cancer de la prostate, l'hyperplasie prostatique bénigne. Il contient du finastéride. Cette substance inhibe sélectivement les effets de la 5-alpha-réductase, une enzyme qui est responsable de l'activité de certains androgènes (hormones mâles).
Posologie
Il est recommandé de prendre le médicament suivant la prescription de votre médecin. Prenez une pilule avant ou après le repas.
Précautions
Finpecia ne peut pas être utilisé pour le traitement de l'alopécie (perte accélérée des cheveux), la perte de cheveux liée au stress, etc. Il doit être pris pendant 3 mois et plus avant de constater un résultat notable. S'il n'y a pas de résultat après 12 mois de traitement, vous devriez arrêter votre traitement avec Finpecia.
Contre-indications
Les femmes enceintes, les hommes de moins de 18 ans et les patients présentant une hypersensibilité au médicament ne devraient pas prendre ce médicament.
Effets secondaires possibles
Les effets secondaires peuvent apparaître sous les formes suivantes: dysfonction érectile, impuissance, éjaculation anormale, diminution du volume de l’éjaculation, anomalies de la fonction sexuelle, gynécomastie, troubles de l'éjaculation et douleurs testiculaires.

Omission de dose
Prenez la dose omise dès que possible. S'il est presque l’heure de la prochaine prise, il suffit de sauter la dose omise et de revenir à votre horaire de prise habituel.
Surdosage
