Finpecia (Finasteride)
Informazioni generali
Finpecia è indicato per il trattamento dell'alopecia androgenetica (calvizie maschile), carcinoma prostatico, iperplasia prostatica benigna. Contiene Finasteride, sostanza che previene selettivamente gli effetti della 5 alfa-reduttasi, enzima responsabile delle attività di alcuni androgeni (ormoni maschili).
Indicazioni
Si raccomanda di assumere il farmaco allo stesso orario ogni giorno. Prendere 1 pillola prima o dopo i pasti e non dimenticate di consultare il medico!
Precauzioni
Finpecia non può essere utilizzato per il trattamento di alopecia (perdita di capelli focale), perdita di capelli per stress, ecc. Il trattamento dovrebbe durare all’incirca per 3 mesi fino a che non si iniziano a vedere i primi risultati. Se i risultati non sono evidenti dopo 12 mesi di trattamento, si deve interrompere la terapia con Finpecia.
Controindicazioni
Non è consentito l’uso del farmaco a donne in gravidanza, a persone di sesso maschile al di sotto dei 18 anni e a pazienti con ipersensibilità a Finipecia.
Possibili effetti collaterali
Non sono presenti interazoni farmacologiche.
Dose mancata
Assumere la dose dimenticata non appena possibile. Se è quasi ora della dose successiva basta non assumerla e tornare ad assumere il farmaco come previsto. Non superare la dose giornaliera, cercando di recuperare quello perso, ciò potrebbe causare problemi.
Overdose
Se si pensa di avere assunto un sovradosaggio del farmaco, cercare assistenza medica immediatamente.
Conservazione
Conservare il farmaco a temperatura ambiente in un contenitore stretto resistente alla luce.
