Indicazioni
Il farmaco di solito viene assunto solo quando necessario, una volta al giorno, da 30 minuti a 1 ora prima dell'attività sessuale. Se si è mangiato cibo particolarmente grasso il farmaco diventerà attivo più tardi. Evitare di bere succo di pompelmo.
Precauzioni
Non utilizzare se si è allergici ad uno qualsiasi dei componenti del farmaco. Le persone anziane devono prestare attenzione all'uso del farmaco.
Controindicazioni
Non prendere Caverta se si utilizzano anche altri farmaci per trattare l'impotenza o se si usano nitrati per il dolore al seno o per problemi cardiaci. Le donne,i bambini ed i pazienti con allergie devono evitare l'uso di Cavetra.
Possibili effetti collaterali
Il farmaco può causare mal di testa, attacchi di cuore, problemi di pancia , vertigini, diarrea e allergia. Chiamare il proprio medico per un consiglio medico circa gli effetti collaterali.
Interazioni farmacologiche
Caverta non può interagire con nitrati e sostanze ricreative, contenenti nitrito di amile o di butile, farmaci alfa-bloccanti, farmaci per l'impotenza o con faraci per l' ipertensione. Informare il medico circa tutti i farmaci in uso.
Dose mancata
Siccome il farmaco è da utilizzare il farmaco solamente quando necessario, è assai improbabile che ci si dimentichi di assumere una dose.
Sovradosaggio
Se si pensa di aver assunto una dose eccessiva del farmaco cercare immediatamente assistenza medica d'emergenza. I sintomi da sovradosaggio sono: dolore al seno, debolezza o stanchezza, battito cardiaco irregolare o capogiri.
Conservazione
Conservare il farmacioa temperatura ambiente tra i 68-77 gradi F (20-25 gradi C). Conservare lontano da umidità e luce. Tenere fuori dalla portata di bambini ed animali domestici.
