Although I had some problems with the ordering process at first, your customer support team proved to be really helpful and polite. I was just about to run out of pills and I would have had to refill my prescription at a regular pharmacy. Our sexual activity has seen a slow but sure decline since I was first diagnosed with ED a few years ago. Il Cialis appartiene al gruppo degli inibitori delle fosfodiesterasi (PDE 5) usati per curare le disfunzioni erettili o l’impotenza. La medicina agisce in combinazione con la stimolazione sessuale aiutando il sangue a fluire verso il pene per raggiungere e mantenere l’erezione. Ricorda che il Cialis non funziona senza stimolazione sessuale. Si osservano i primi effetti dopo 16 minuti dall’assunzione e per una durata massima di 36 ore.
Istruzioni
La dose raccomandata è di 20 mg di Cialis 16 minuti prima dell’attività sessuale. I suoi effetti possono durare fino a 36 ore. Non superare la dose consigliata e non assumere Cialis più di una volta al giorno.
Precauzioni
Prima di iniziare il trattamento con Cialis è necessario consultare il medico e informarlo circa le proprie caratteristiche personali, tra cui: dimensioni anormali del pene compresi pene curvo e malformazioni congenite del pene, malattie coronariche, emorragie, ulcere allo stomaco, aritmie, infarti miocardici o insufficienze cardiache, ipo o ipertensione, diabete, iperlipidemia (eccesso di lipidi nel sangue), anemia falciforme, problemi di famiglia inerenti al fegato o ai reni. Non assumere Cialis con succo di pompelmo, bevande alcoliche o tabacco poichè ciò può far calare improvvisamente la vista di cui il nervo ottico è responsabile.
Controindicazioni
Cialis può interagire con alcune medicine. Non lo si può assumere se si sta già assumendo altre forme di nitroglicerina, altri nitrati come isosorbide, nitroprussiato o altri medicinali donatori di ossido di azoto o medicinali ricreativi che contengono amile o butil nitrato.
Possibili effetti collaterali
Le reazioni allergiche più frequenti includono rossore al viso (arrossamento), disturbi di stomaco, diarrea, cefalea, sintomi simil-influenzali e nausea. Gli effetti collaterali più rari sono la pressione sanguigna bassa, visione offuscata e cambiamenti nella visione dei colori, eiaculazione anomala, erezioni prolungate o priapismo (erezione dolorosa che dura più di 6 ore). Se questi effetti collaterali persistono o creano preoccupazione contattare il proprio medico.
Interazioni
Cialis può interagire con alcuni medicinali. L’assunzione concomitante coi seguenti farmaci è sconsigliata: medicazioni che contengono nitrati, Erythrityl tetranitrato, isosorbide dinitrato, isosorbide mononitrato, eritromicina, ketoconazolo (Nizoral), itraconazolo (Sporanox) nitroglicerina, tetranitrato di pentaeritritolo, indinavir (Crixivan) e ritonavir (Norvir). Informare il vostro medico di tutti i farmaci che si sta assumendo in particolare i seguenti: Atazanavir, Bunazosin, Claritromicina, Nelfinavir, Fenoxibenzamina, Fentolamina, Prazosin, Saquinavir, Doxazosin, Eritromicina, Indinavir, Itraconazolo, Ketoconazolo, Moxisylyte, Nefazodone, Telitromicina, terazosina, Trimazosin , Urapidil poichè la dose di Cialis in questo caso potrebbe richedere delle correzioni.
Dose mancata
Cialis va assunto quando è necessario quindi non vi sono problemi se si salta una dose.
Sovradosaggio
Se pensi di aver assunto un overdose di medicinale chiama immediatamente il soccorso medico. I sintomi da overdose sono mal di schiena, dolore muscolare, vista disturbata o anormale.
Conservazione
Conservare il medicinale a temperatura ambiente lontano da umidità e fonti luminose. Londano da bambini e animali in un contenitore apposito.
