Instrucciones
Determine la dosis adecuada para usted y el calendario de admisión con un médico. Siga cuidadosamente todas las direcciones. Evite exceder la dosis o tomar el medicamento por más tiempo de lo que se aconseja. No mastique o rompa las pastillas, trague una pastilla entera con un vaso lleno de agua, con o sin alimentos. Siga las instrucciones de su médico acerca del tipo y la cantidad de líquidos, alimentos, suplementos alimenticios y otros medicamentos que están autorizados a tomar al mismo tiempo con este producto.
Precauciones
Notifique a su médico sobre cualquier otro medicamento que esté tomando, además de éste. Tomar este medicamento con una cierta clase de medicamentos puede resultar en un aumento o disminución de los efectos del tratamiento. Antes de empezar a tomar este producto, consulte con su médico si usted es alérgico a la finasterida o dutasterida. Las mujeres embarazadas no deben utilizar este medicamento ya que puede ser absorbido por la piel y puede causar anomalías de un bebé de sexo masculino. Este medicamento también se prescribe con precaución en caso de insuficiencia hepática.
Contraindicaciones
Este medicamento está contraindicado en mujeres embarazadas / lactantes y los niños y los pacientes que muestran intolerancia a la persona a la finasterida.
Los posibles efectos secundarios
Los efectos secundarios más comunes pueden incluir vértigo, somnolencia, fatiga, erupción cutánea, picor, enrojecimiento, sequedad de boca, trastornos del sueño, visión borrosa, problemas con la eyaculación. Inmediatamente debe dejar de tomar Fincar en caso de que experimente efectos secundarios graves tales como vértigo severo y desmayos, una erección dolorosa que dura más de 4 horas, reacciones alérgicas graves (inflamación de la cara labios, garganta y lengua, urticaria), el cáncer testicular el dolor, la disfunción eréctil, la impotencia. Esto no es una lista completa de todos los posibles efectos secundarios. Otros también pueden ocurrir en algunos pacientes y puede haber algunos efectos secundarios no conocidos todavía. En el caso de que haya experimentado algún efecto adverso no mencionado anteriormente, notifique inmediatamente a su médico o centro de envenenamiento local. Interacciones con otros medicamentos
Este medicamento puede interactuar con agentes anticoagulantes (warfarina) y antidiabéticos a través de aumentar su efecto.
Dosis olvidada
Si se ha olvidado la dosis, tómela tan pronto como sea posible. En caso de que sea casi la hora para la siguiente dosis, no tome la dosis olvidada y mantenga a su horario de dosificación normal. Evite compensar la dosis olvidada mediante la adopción de una extra.
Sobredosis
Si usted cree que una sobredosis del medicamento, comuníquese inmediatamente con su centro local de envenenamiento. Los efectos secundarios más frecuentes de sobredosis incluyen vértigo, somnolencia, síncope, dolor torácico, palpitaciones. Esto no es una lista completa de todos los posibles efectos secundarios. Otros también pueden ocurrir en algunos pacientes y puede haber algunos efectos secundarios no conocidos todavía. Almacenaje
