Forzest (Tadalafil)
Informations générales
Forzest détend les muscles et augmente le flux sanguin aaux parties particulières du corps. Il est utilisé pour traiter la dysfonction érectile (impuissance) chez les hommes. Après le sexe l'effet du médicament peut être réduit.
Posologie
Habituellement, Forzest n’est pris qu'au besoin, au moins une heure avant l'activité sexuelle. L’action du médicament commence dans 30 minutes et persiste jusqu'à 36 heures. Le médicament est habituellement pris une fois par jour. Si vous mangez des aliments riches en graisse, l’action du médicament commencera plus tard.
Précautions
Pour que vous puissiez prendre Forzest sans aucun risque, avisez votre médecin si vous avez une de ces conditions: le pénis de forme irrégulière, des battements de cœur irréguliers, l'angine de poitrine, l’hypertension artérielle, des maux de ventre et une anomalie de cellules sanguines. Évitez d'utiliser le médicament si vous avez été mis en garde contre l'activité sexuelle à cause des problèmes cardiaques. Ne prenez pas Forzest avec du jus de pamplemousse et de l'alcool. Évitez de fumer. Ne l'administrez pas aux personnes âgées de moins de 18 ans.
Contre-indications
Ne prenez pas Forzest si vous utilisez des médicaments contenant des nitrates qui peuvent provoquer une baisse soudaine et sérieuse de la tension artérielle.
Effets secondaires possibles
Le médicament peut provoquer des maux de tête, des troubles de l'estomac, la sensibilité à la lumière, les problèmes avec les yeux. Contactez votre médecin si votre érection est douloureuse ou dure plus de 4 heures. Une érection prolongée peut nuire au pénis. L’accident vasculaire cérébral ou une arythmie peuvent avoir lieu chez les patients qui ont des problèmes avec le coeur. Consultez votre médecin pour un avis médical sur les effets secondaires.
Interaction des médicaments
Ne prenez pas Forzest avec des médicaments qui contiennent des nitrates, le mononitrate d'isosorbide et le dinitrate d'isosorbide ou des drogues récréatives.
Omission de dose
Puisque le tadalafil n’est utilisé qu’au besoin, vous ne risquez pas d'être sur un calendrier de dosage.
Surdosage
Cherchez de l’aide médicale d'urgence si vous pensez que vous avez utilisé trop de médicament. Les symptômes du surdosage sont les mêmes que les effets secondaires possibles.
Conservation
Conservez le médicament à température ambiante. Conservez-le à l'écart de l'humidité et de la lumière. Gardez-le hors de portée des enfants et loin des animaux domestiques.
