Forzest (Tadalafil)
Informazioni generali
Forzest rilassa i muscoli e aumenta il flusso di sangue in particolari aree del corpo. Viene somministrato per trattare la disfunzione erettile (impotenza) negli uomini. Dopo il sesso l'effetto del farmaco si riduce.
Indicazioni
Forzest è solitamente usato solamente quando è necessario. Va assunto circa 1 ora prima dell'attività sessuale. Il farmaco sarà attivo entro 30 minuti e il suo effetto continuerà per un massimo di 36 ore. Il farmaco è di solito preso una volta al giorno. Se si è mangiato cibo particolarmente grasso il farmaco diventerà attivo più tardi.
Precauzioni
Per essere sicuri di poter tranquillamente assumere Forzest, informare il proprio medico circa le seguenti condizioni di salute che si potrebbero avere: pene irregolare, battiti cardiaci irregolari, angina, ipertensione, mal di pancia o qualche malattia delle cellule del sangue. Evitare di usare Forzest se si hanno problemi cardiaci. Non bere succo di pompelmo e alcool ed evitare di fumare. Non utilizzare sotto i 18 anni.
Controindicazioni
Non prendere Forzest se si utilizza un nitrato che può causare una diminuzione improvvisa e grave della pressione sanguigna.
Possibili effetti collaterali
Il farmaco può causare mal di testa, mal di pancia, suscettibilità nei confronti della luce, problemi agli occhi. Rivolgersi al proprio medico se l'erezione è dolorosa e dura più di 4 ore. Un erezione troppo prolungata può danneggiare il pene. Nei pazienti che hanno avuto problemi di cuore può aumentare il rischio di ictus e aritmia. Chiamare il proprio medico per un consiglio medico circa gli effetti collaterali.
Interazioni farmacologiche
Non assumere Forzest in concomitanza con nitrati( isosorbide mononitrato e isosorbide dinitrato) o sostanza ricreative.
Dose mancata
Forzest è da utilizzarsi solamente quando è necessario;per questo motivo non è necessaria una scheda di dosaggio da seguire.
Sovradosaggio
Se si pensa di aver assunto una dose eccessiva del farmaco cercare immediatamente assistenza medica d'emergenza. I sintomi da sovradosaggio sono identici ai possibili effetti collaterali.
Conservazione
Conservare il farmaco a temperatura ambiente. Conservare lontano da umidità e luce. Tenere fuori dalla portata di bambini ed animali domestici.
