Il principale componente del Viagra è il citrato di sildenafil .Comunemente questa medicina è usata per curare le disfunzioni erettili. Il citrato di sildenafil agisce sulla risposta alla stimolazione sessuale. Usando la sostanza chimica denominata ossido di azoto si migliora la decontrazione dei muscoli lisci i quali permettono l’incremento del flusso sanguineo verso il pene per raggiungere e mantere l’erezione. Il citrato di sildenafil può essere usato anche per urare l’ipertensione delle arterie polmonari.
Indicazioni
La dose raccomandata è di 50mg. Deve essere assunto 30-60 minuti prima dell’attività sessuale. Non va assunto più di una volta al giorno. É sconsigliato assumere cibo altamente grasso, pompelmo o bevande contenenti succo di pompelmo.
Precauzioni
Prima di iniziare la cura col citrato di sildenafil, informa il tuo dottore o il tuo consulente per la salute se sei soggetto a qualsivoglia allergia. Le persone di mezza età possono essere più sensibili agli effetti collaterali del medicinale.
Controindicazioni

Possibili effetti collaterali
