Prendere questo farmaco esattamente come è stato prescritto per lei dal medico. Il medico può a volte modificare la dose per essere sicuro di ottenere il miglior risultato possibile da questo farmaco. Evitare di bere alcol e succo di pompelmo e di mangiare pompelmo.
Precauzioni
Non usare questo farmaco, se si è allergici alla clomipramina o farmaci simili o se si ha avuto recentemente un attacco di cuore. Non guidare in quanto il farmaco può provocare sonnolenza. Può essere dannoso per il feto. Informare il medico se si è incinta o si sta pianificando una gravidanza durante il trattamento. Le persone di mezza età possono essere più sensibili agli effetti collaterali del farmaco.
Possibili effetti collaterali
Il farmaco può causare vertigini, vomito, conati di vomito e qualche reazione allergica. Parlate con il vostro medico di qualsiasi effetto indesiderato che sembra insolito.
Droga intearction
Informare il vostro medico di tutti i farmaci in uso. Non utilizzare Anafranil con gli inibitori MAO (Furazolidone, tranilcipromina, Linezolid, ecc), farmaci anti-aritmici (Chinidina), inibitori selettivi della ricaptazione della serotonina (SSRI), antipsicotici (Fluphenazine) e antagonisti del recettore H2 (cimetidina, Nizatidine, ranitidina, ecc.) Evitare di bere succo di pompelmo e fumare.
Dose mancata
Prendere la dose non appena possibile. Saltare la dose, se è tempo per la dose successiva. Non prendere una dose extra della medicina per compensare la dose dimenticata.
Sovradosaggio
Chiamare immediatamente l'assistenza medica d’ emergenza se si pensa di aver usato troppo di questo medicinale. Il sovradosaggio può causare infarti, dolore al torace o vertigini.
Conservazione
Conservare i farmaci a temperatura ambiente tra i 68-77 gradi F (20-25 gradi C). Conservare lontano da umidità e luce. Tenere fuori dalla portata dei bambini e lontano da animali domestici.
