Voltarol (Diclofenac)
Informazioni generali
Voltaren formula contiene un ingrediente superpotent - potassio diclofenac che appartiene al gruppo di farmaci chiamati anti-infiammatori non steroidei (FANS). I FANS sono efficaci antidolorifici e vengono utilizzati per ridurre l'infiammazione. Diclofenac ha lo scopo di sopprimere il dolore e l'infiammazione delle condizioni muscolo-scheletriche che possono coinvolgere diverse forme di artrite, gotta, distorsioni, fratture, lussazioni, infiammazioni tendinee, rigidità dolorosa della spalla (capsulite adesiva). Anche la dismenorrhea può essere trattata con Voltarol. Il farmaco è adatto principalmente per ridurre gli attacchi improvvisi di dolore e l'infiammazione.
Indicazioni
Voltarol è assunto per via orale con un bicchiere d'acqua. E 'possibile prenderlo indifferentemente a stomaco pieno o vuoto. Le pasticche non vanno frantumate o masticate durante l'assunzione. Evitare di prendere più a lungo di quanto non sia stato prescritto dal medico. È necessario consultare il medico per quanto riguarda la posologia appropriata. Non smettere di prendere il farmaco a meno che non ve lo dico il vostro medico. Il farmaco impiega un po' di tempo prima che inizi a fare effetto.
Precauzioni
Prima di iniziare il trattamento con Voltarol informare il proprio medico se si hanno:ipersensibilità ad esso, allergie, malattie epatiche o renali, ipertensione, malattia di Parkinson, in caso di gravidanza o allattamento. Evitare di fumare e di consumare alcool in quanto queste due cose possono interagire con Voltaren. In genere questo farmaco può ridurre la vigilanza e le reazioni, quindi fate attenzione durante la guida o nel fare qualcosa che richiede di essere vigili e attenti. Le persone anziane sono più inclini a soffrire di effetti collaterali durante l'utilizzo di questo farmaco. Se si prende abitualmente Voltaren e più a lungo di quanto non sia prescritto può causare malattie al cuore. Voltaren può anche causare ulcere allo stomaco e al duodeno. Il farmaco può sopprimere l'escrezione di sodio e di litio nel vostro organismo;perciò chiedere al medico se si possono prendere integratori di litio.
Controindicazioni
Evitare l'assunzione in caso di ipersensibilità al farmaco o ad uno dei suoi componenti e in caso di ipertensione sodio sensibile.
Possibili effetti collaterali
Cercare immediatamente assistenza medica d'emergenza se si hanno:disturbi del sonno (insonnia), xerostomia, eccitabilità, acrimonia, sedazione, soppressione di urina. Gravi reazioni allergiche solitamente non si verificano. Se si notano altri effetti non elencati sopra, contattare il medico.
Interazioni farmacologiche
Voltaren è in grado di interagire con : farmaci appartenenti al gruppo degli anti-infiammatori non steroidei che contengono salicilato (aspirina), medicinali con proprietà anticoagulanti usati nel trattamento o nella prevenzione della trombosi (warfarin). Si informi il medico circa tutti i farmaci in uso compresi i farmaci da prescrizione,quelli da banco e i prodotti erboristici.
Dose mancata
Prendere la dose dimenticata non appena possibile. Saltare la dose, se è tempo per la dose successiva. Non prendere dosi extra per compensare le dosi dimenticate.
Sovradosaggio
Se si pensa di aver assunto una dose eccessiva del farmaco cercare immediatamente assistenza medica d'emergenza. I sintomi da sovradosaggio sono:dolore toracico, malattia, palpitazioni, vertigini, sincope.
Conservazione
Il farmaco viene conservato a temperatura ambiente tra i 68-77 gradi F (20-25 ° C) lontano dalla luce, calore, umidità. Evitare di conservarein bagno. Conservare il farmaco lontano dalla portata dei bambini e degli animali domestici.
