Ceclor Cd (Cefaclor)

Allgemeine Information

Ceclor CD ist ein Cephalosporin-Antibiotikum der zweiten Generation, das zur Behandlung von Infektionen verwendet wird, die durch Bakterien verursacht werden. Es ist ein starkes, lang wirkendes Antibiotikum mit bakteriostatischen Eigenschaften, das über Hemmung der bakteriellen Proteinsynthese funktioniert. Es ist gegen eine Vielzahl von Krankheiten wirksam, die durch Gram-positive und Gram-negative Erreger verursacht sind. Es zielt darauf ab, Symptome im Zusammenhang mit einer Lungenentzündung zu lindern, Halsentzündung, Staph-Infektionen, Mandelentzündung, Bronchitis, Mittelohrentzündung, verschiedene Arten von Infektionen der Haut, Gonorrhoe und Harnwegsinfektionen zu behandeln. Ceclor ist gegen Virusinfektionen wie Erkältungen oder Grippe nicht wirksam.

Anweisung

Nehmen Sie Ceclor CD so ein, wie es von Ihrem Arzt verschrieben wird. Bestimmen Sie mit einem Arzt eine richtige Dosierung, die am besten Ihrem Zustand entspricht. Sie müssen sorgfältig alle Anweisung befolgen. Vermeiden Sie Ihre Dosis zu überschreiten, oder das Medikament länger einzunehmen, als das von Ihrem Arzt empfohlen wurde. Dieses Medikament wird während der Einnahme nicht gekaut, zerbrochen oder zerdrückt. Schlucken Sie es unzerkaut mit einem vollen Glas Wasser. Es kann mit oder ohne Nahrung eingenommen werden. Wenn Sie sich besser nach ein paar Tagen der Behandlung fühlen, sollen Sie trotzdem weiterhin dieses Medikament einnehmen. Es ist wichtig, den gesamten Kurs zu vervollständigen. Man soll die Einnahme von Ceclor CD ohne die Erlaubnis Ihres Arztes nicht stoppen, sonst kann das zum Wachstum von Bakterien und zur Verschlimmerung der Symptome einer Infektion führen.

Vorsichtsmaßnahmen

Vor der Einnahme von Ceclor CD informieren Sie Ihren Arzt oder Apotheker, wenn Sie zu Penicillin oder anderen Cephalosporinen allergisch sind. Dieses Produkt enthält möglicherweise inaktive Bestandteile, die allergische Reaktionen auslösen können. Dieses Medikament wird mit Vorsicht verschrieben, wenn Ihre Anamnese eine Geschichte von einer schweren Nierenerkrankung, Darmerkrankungen (Colitis) enthält. Dieses Medikament soll während der Schwangerschaft nur dann verwendet werden, wenn das unbedingt notwendig ist. Besprechen Sie die Risiken und Vorteile mit Ihrem Arzt. Dieses Medikament kann Ihre Aufmerksamkeit und Konzentrationsfähigkeit beeinträchtigen, also seien Sie beim Autofahren vorsichtig oder wenn Sie etwas tun, was verlangt, dass Sie auf der Hut sein und die Aufmerksamkeit erfordert.

Kontraindikationen

Ceclor ist bei Patienten kontraindiziert, die Überempfindlichkeit gegen einen Bestandteil des Medikaments und andere Cephalosporin-Antibiotika (Ceclor, Ceftin, Cefzil, Duricef, Fortaz, Omnicef, Spectracef, Suprax) und Penicillin haben. Dieses Medikament wird vorsichtig bei Patienten mit chronischer Niereninsuffizienz, Colitis, Diabetes verabreicht. Es soll nicht den schwangeren und stillenden Frauen, Patienten, die an Unterernährung leiden und Kindern unter 12 Jahren verabreicht werden, bis die richtige Dosis vom Kinderarzt gerichtet wird.

Mögliche Nebenwirkungen

Suchen Sie sofort nach Nothilfe, wenn Sie Übelkeit, Erbrechen, Durchfall, Schwindel, Benommenheit, Unruhe, Müdigkeit, Appetitlosigkeit, Kopfschmerzen, allergische Reaktionen wie Hautausschlag oder Nesselsucht, Anschwellen des Gesichts oder der Zunge, Schluckbeschwerden, Gelbsucht, Nervosität, Schlaflosigkeit, Halluzinationen und Kolitis haben. Achten Sie auf eine Möglichkeit des Leidens von pseudomembranöser Kolitis (Entzündung, die durch einen Doppelpunkt Ausrottung der normalen Darmflora durch Antibiotika verursacht wird). Das ist keine vollständige Liste aller möglichen Nebenwirkungen. Andere können bei manchen Patienten auftreten und es kann einige Nebenwirkungen sein, die noch nicht bekannt sind. Wenn Sie andere Nebenwirkungen haben, die nicht aufgeführt sind, wenden Sie sich sofort an Ihren Arzt.

Wechselwirkung

Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt über alle Arzneimittel, die Sie einnehmen können, besonders über Probenecid (Benuryl, Benemid, Probalan; mit Blutverdünner (Antikoagulanzien) wie Warfarin (Coumadin, Jantoven, Marevan, Lawarin, Waran und Warfant). Wechselwirkung mit Warfarin führt zu einer Verbesserung der gerinnungshemmenden Wirkung. Die Ausscheidung von Cephalosporin wird durch Probenecid reduziert. Wechselwirkung zwischen zwei Medikamenten nicht immer bedeutet, dass Sie die Einnahme einer von ihnen aufhören müssen. Bitte konsultieren Sie Ihren Arzt oder Apotheker bezüglich der Liste anderer Medikamenten und Nahrungsergänzungsmittel, die Sie gleichzeitig mit diesem Produkt einnehmen dürfen.

Verpasste Dosis

Nehmen Sie die verpasste Dosis so bald wie möglich ein. Wenn es fast Zeit der folgenden Einnahme ist, lassen Sie es gerade aus und gehen Sie zu Ihrem Einnahmeplan zurück. Nehmen Sie keine Extradosis ein, um die verpasste Dosis zusammenzusetzen. Es soll ein Abstand von 4 Stunden zwischen der Einnahme sein.

Überdosierung

Wenn Sie denken, dass Sie das Arzneimittel überdosiert haben, suchen Sie sofort nach Nothilfe. Tun Sie das auch, wenn es keine Anzeichen von Unwohlsein oder Vergiftung sind. Möglicherweise müssen Sie dringend ärztliche Hilfe brauchen. Die Überdosis-Symptome sind: Übelkeit, Erbrechen, Verdauungsstörungen (Bauchschmerzen, anhaltende Durchfälle). Wenn einige dieser Effekte bestehen oder sich verschlimmern, benachrichtigen Sie sofort Ihren Arzt oder Apotheker.

Aufbewahrung

Bewahren Sie das Arzneimittel bei der Raumtemperatur zwischen 59-77ºF (15-25ºC) weg vom Licht, der Feuchtigkeit und Hitze auf. Nicht im Badezimmer aufbewahren. Bewahren Sie alle Arzneimittel weg von Kindern und Haustieren auf.
