Sumycin (Tetracycline)
Informazioni generali
Sumycin appartiene al gruppo delle tetracicline. Viene prescritto per il trattamento delle infezioni alle vie polmonari, acne, infezioni da clamidia, febbre delle Montagne Rocciose, il tifo, ulcera molle, il colera, brucellosi, antrace, gonorrea e sifilide.
Indicazioni
Si consiglia di prendere la medicina come è stato prescritto dal medico. Inghiottire la pillola intera. Prendere con un bicchiere d'acqua. Non superare la dose consigliata.
Precauzioni
Non prendere il sole troppo a lungo.
Controindicazioni
Le donne in gravidanza e allattamento, i pazienti con ipersensibilità al farmaco,i bambini fino a 8 anni, i pazienti con insufficienza renale e leucopenia non dovrebbero usare il medicinale.
Possibili effetti collaterali
Gli effetti collaterali possono essere i seguenti: orticaria, difficoltà respiratorie, gonfiore del viso, labbra, lingua, grave cefalea, vertigini, visione offuscata, febbre, dolori muscolari, vesciche gravi, peeling, e arrossamento della pelle, urinare meno del solito o non urinare affatto, ittero, confusione e debolezza, dolore addominale, nausea e vomito, tachicardia, ecchimosi o sanguinamento, debolezza insolite. Se si verifica uno di loro rivolgersi al proprio medico.
Interazione farmacologica
Sumycin può interagire con i seguenti medicinali: pillola anticoncezionale, integratori di ferro, multivitaminici, integratori di calcio, antiacidi, lassativi o, penicilline e cefalosporine.
Dose mancata
Prendere la dose non appena possibile. Se è quasi ora della dose successiva basta saltare e tornare al vostro programma.
Sovradosaggio
Se pensi di aver assunto un’ overdose del farmaco cercare assistenza medica d’ emergenza immediatamente. I sintomi di allergia o di sovradosaggio sono nausea, vomito e diarrea.
Conservazione
Conservare il farmaco a temperatura ambiente tra i 59-77 F (15-25 C) lontano dalla luce e dall'umidità, bambini e animali domestici. Non utilizzare dopo termine di scadenza.
