Bupron Sr (Bupropion)
Uso comune
Bupron SR appartiene alla classe degli antidepressivi atipici. Il suo ingrediente attivo è bupropione cloridrato. Questa sostanza ripristina l'equilibrio naturale dei neurotrasmettitori nel cervello. Bupron SR è usato nel trattamento della depressione, l'obesità, la cessazione del fumo, deficit di attenzione, iperattività (ADHD) e disturbo bipolare (fase depressiva).
Dosaggio e direzioni
Consultare il proprio medico circa il dosaggio esatto, perché dipende dalle sue condizioni e altri fattori. In generale, si consiglia di utilizzare Bupron SR per via orale con un bicchiere d'acqua, indipendentemente dai pasti. Ma ricordate, che dovrebbe essere di almeno sei ore la pausa tra le dosi. Basta ingoiare una pillola senza tagliare, schiacciare o masticare. Si dovrebbe iniziare e finire un trattamento con Bupron SR solo seguendo una prescrizione medica.
Precauzioni
Controindicazioni
Non usare Bupron SR se avete un'allergia a uno dei suoi componenti. Questo farmaco non è prescritto per le donne in gravidanza / allattamento o bambini.
Possibili effetti collaterali
Interazione farmacologica
È necessario consultare il proprio medico circa l'interazione tra Bupron SR e gli altri farmaci, in particolare con: MAO inibitori (Furazolidone, isocarbossazide, Linezolid, moclobemide tranilcipromina, ecc), antiaritmici, antipsicotici, inibitori selettivi del reuptake della serotonina (SSRI).
Dose mancata
Non prendere mai più della dose prescritta, anche se ci si è dimenticati una dosa. Cercare di assumere la dose dimenticata il più presto possibile. Oppure, se è troppo tardi, basta saltare e prendere la normale dose successiva seguendo il precedente programma di dosaggio.
Sovradosaggio
Nel caso in cui si pensa che si potrebbe aver assunto un’ overdose da Bupron SR è necessario chiamare subito il medico. Sintomi di Bupron SR sovradosaggio sono i seguenti: nausea, battito cardiaco irregolare, dolore al torace, e sensazione di testa leggera o svenimento.
Conservazione
Conservare a temperatura ambiente tra i 68-77 F (20-25 C), in un luogo buio e asciutto. Salvarlo da bambini e animali domestici. Guarda la data di scadenza!
