Rulide (Roxithromycin)
Informazioni generali
Roxitromicina è un antibiotico appartenente ad una classe di farmaci chiamati macrolidi. E' un antibiotico semi-sintetico che ha un potente ingrediente attivo - Roxithromycin. Questo farmaco ha lo scopo di curare le vie respiratorie (faringiti, tonsilliti, sinusiti), le vie urinarie e le infezioni dei tessuti molli. Si riduce la crescita dei batteri influenzando il processo della loro sintesi proteica.
Indicazioni
È necessario prendere Rulide una o due volte al giorno, e il dosaggio giornaliero per gli adulti non supera i 300 mg. Un normale corso di trattamento si estende tra i 7 e i 10 giorni.
Precauzioni
La posologia deve essere regolata in caso di insufficienza epatica, cirrosi epatica, ittero e ascite. Questo farmaco può anche influenzare la composizione del latte materno, in modo da evitare un possibile effetto negativo sul vostro bambino, l'allattamento o il trattamento con questo farmaco deve essere immediatamente interrotti.
Controindicazioni
È necessario interrompere l'assunzione Rulid se avete ipersensibilità ad esso, o si stanno assumendo contemporaneamente farmaci con ergotamina che causa la costrizione dei vasi sanguigni ed è usata per il trattamento dell'emicrania.
Possibili effetti collaterali
Effetti collaterali più comuni includono disturbi digestivi (diarrea, meteorismo, dolore epigastrico, tordo gastrico) nausea, conati di vomito, vertigini, cefalea, affaticamento, reazioni allergiche (orticaria, orticaria, gonfiore della lingua e della faccia).
Interazioni farmacologiche
Rulide può aumentare i livelli plasmatici di teofillina quando co-somministrato. Se contemporaneamente si prende i farmaci con warfarin ed eritromicina, Rulide può compromettere la loro attività normale.
Dose mancata
Sovradosaggio
Generalmente Rulide è ben tollerato, se si soffre di gravi reazioni allergiche (orticaria, orticaria, gonfiore della lingua e della faccia), è necessario consultare immediatamente il medico.
Conservazione
Questo farmaco viene conservato a temperatura ambiente tra i 59-77 F (15-25 C) lontano dalla luce e dall'umidità, bambini e animali domestici. Non utilizzare dopo termine di scadenza indicato.
