Diflucan (Fluconazole)
Informazioni generali
Diflucan è un antibiotico del gruppo antifungini. È stato prescritto per il trattamento delle infezioni fungine. Può essere usato per trattare infezioni vaginali,della gola e fungine, infezioni delle vie urinarie, peritonite e polmonite.
Indicazioni
Si consiglia di prendere il farmaco nelle modalità con cui è stato prescritto dal medico. Diflucan è da prendere una sola volta al giorno ,indifferentemente a stomaco pieno o vuoto.
Precauzioni
Prima di iniziare a prendere il farmaco è opportuno discutere con il proprio medico di altre eventuali condizioni che si possono avere,come:malattie epatiche o renali. Evitare di bere bevande alcoliche. Il farmaco può procurarvi vertigini, perciò bisogna rimanere molto vigili.
Controindicazioni
Non possono utilizzare il farmaco pazienti con ipersensibilità al fluconazolo o altri preparati antifungini azolici, con disturbi renali od epatici, malattie cardiache, bassi livelli ematici di calcio, magnesio o potassio.
Possibili effetti collaterali
Orticaria, difficoltà respiratorie, gonfiore del viso, delle labbra, della lingua o della gola, nausea, mal di stomaco, febbre bassa, perdita di appetito, urine scure, feci di colore argilla, ittero (colorazione gialla della pelle o degli occhi), vesciche gravi, desquamazione e arrossamento della pelle, ecchimosi o sanguinamento, insolita debolezza, febbre, brividi, dolori muscolari, sintomi influenzali, convulsioni sono effetti indesiderati comuni. Se si verifica uno di questi effetti è bene rivolgersi al proprio medico.
Interazioni farmacologiche
Dose mancata
Prendere la dose saltata non appena possibile. Se è quasi tempo di prendere la dose successiva saltarla e ritornare al vostro programma.
Sovradosaggio
Se si pensa di aver assunto una dose eccessiva del farmaco cercare immediatamente assistenza medica d'emergenza. I principali sintomi di sovradosaggio sono stato di confusione o pensieri,comportamenti insoliti.
Conservazione
Conservare il farmaco a temperatura ambiente tra i 59-77 gradi F (15-25 gradi C) lontano dalla luce e dall'umidità, dalla portata di bambini e animali domestici.
