También provoca cambios en el moco cervical y mucosa uterina, lo que dificulta que los espermatozoides lleguen al útero hace y más difícil para un óvulo fertilizado se adhiere al útero. Desogen se usa como anticonceptivo para evitar el embarazo.
Instrucciones
Tome el medicamento exactamente como lo indique su médico. Utilice su primera píldora el primer día de su periodo o el primer domingo después de la menstruación. Tome una pastilla todos los días en el mismo momento. El ciclo de 28 días contiene siete píldoras “recordatorias” para mantenerla en su ciclo regular. Su período menstrual empezará durante los días que tome estas pastillas. Si usted necesita someterse a algún tipo de prueba médica o cirugía, o si va a estar en reposo en cama, tiene que dejar de usar la medicina por un corto tiempo.
Precauciones
No utilice Desogen si usted tiene un coágulo de sangre o accidente cerebrovascular, problemas de circulación, presión arterial alta, dolores de cabeza, trastornos, enfermedades del corazón, angina de pecho, colesterol alto o si usted tiene sobrepeso, la enfermedad de la vesícula biliar, enfermedad fibroquística de la mama, bultos, nódulos, o varicosas.No fume durante su utilización, especialmente si usted es mayor de 35 años.
Contraindicaciones
Evite el uso si usted tiene una reacción alérgica a los componentes de la droga, la tromboflebitis, la presión arterial alta, confusión del corazón, diabetes, dolor de cabeza, la neoplasia de la glándula mamaria, los adenomas hepáticos, hemorragia anormal, ictericia. No lo use si está embarazada y amamantando.
Los posibles efectos secundarios
Este medicamento puede causar una alergia, astenia, problemas de ojos, dolor de cabeza, confusión, dolores de vientre y todo el cuerpo, la enfermedad, peso, ictericia, orina oscura o pérdida del apetito.
Interacción con otros medicamentos
Dígale a su médico si usted está usando alguna de las otras drogas como la teofilina, paracetamol, vitamina C, la prednisolona, medicamentos para las convulsiones, un barbitúrico, los sedantes, el VIH o SIDA o antibióticos.
