Aldactone (Spironolactone)
Informations générales
Aldactone est un diurétique épargnant du potassium (pilule d’eau), qui a un effet diurétique, augmente l'excrétion des ions natrium et diminue l'excrétion de potassium et de magnium, diminue l'acidité urinaire. L'effet diurétique apparaît après 2-5 jours de la prise de ce médicament. Aldactone est utilisé en association avec d'autres médicaments pour traiter l'hypertension.
Posologie
Si vous avez une hypertension artérielle, la prise du médicament est de 50-100 mg divisant en 1-2 prises par jour. Vous pouvez le répartir en 1-2 prises par jour après le repas ou avant le coucher. La dose peut être augmentée jusqu'à 200 mg si c'est nécessaire. Informez votre médecin avant d'utiliser ce médicament.
Précautions
Contre-indications
Allergie, maladie d'Addison, hyperkaliémie, diurétiques épargnant le potassium tels que l’Aldactazide, amiloride, triamtérène, hyponatrémie, insuffisance rénale chronique, néphropathie diabétique, grossesse, et certains autres. Ne prenez ce médicament que s’il a été prescrit par votre médecin.
Effets secondaires possibles
Les effets secondaires courants d’Aldactone incluent des nausées, des vomissements, des maux de tête, une diarrhée, une croissance irréguliere des cheveux, une somnolence, des éruptions cutanées, une impuissance, des menstruations irrégulières et une constipation. Certains des effets secondaires graves de ce médicament sont une respiration superficielle, un jaunissement de la peau ou des yeux, une urine foncée, des tremblements et la fréquence irrégulière du pouls. Vérifiez avec votre médecin et suivez strictement ses instructions lorsque vous prenez Aldactone.
Interactions des médicaments
Habituellement, les interactions médicamenteuses se produisent quand le médicament est pris avec un autre médicament qui augmente le taux de potassium dans le sang. La spironolactone peut provoquer une augmentation de la digoxine de sang à des niveaux toxiques.
Omission de dose
Si vous oubliez une dose et s'il est presque l'heure de la dose suivante, sautez la dose oubliée et reprenez votre horaire habituel. Ne prenez pas de double dose.
Surdosage
Si vous pensez que vous avez une surdose du médicament cherchez immédiatement de l'aide médicale d'urgence. Les symptômes peuvent être les suivants: une somnolence, une confusion, des éruptions cutanées rouges, des nausées, des vomissements ou une diarrhée.
Conservation
Conservez-la à température ambiante inférieure à 25 ° C (77 F).
