Beloc (Metoprolol)

Allgemeine Information

Beloc ist bei der Behandlung von Hypertonie, Angina pectoris, Herz-Rhythmus-Störungen wirksam, es hilft auch einen Herzinfarkt durch die Blockierung der beta-Adrenozeptoren des Herzens zu verhindern. Das Medikament wird verwendet, um die vegetative Nervensystem beeinflussen, das den Herzrhythmus durch den Prozess der Sperrung der Rezeptoren erhöht. Als Ergebnis wird abnorm hohe Herzfrequenz verringern. Es hilft auch, die Herzleistung zu senken und das Risiko von Myokardinfarkt zu verringern.

Anweisung

Nehmen Sie Beloc so ein, wie es von Ihrem Arzt verschrieben wird. Dieses Medikament wird durch den Mund mit dem Essen oder kurz nach der Nahrungsaufnahme eingenommen. Dieses Medikament soll nicht zerdrückt, gekaut oder gebrochen werden, wenn Sie es einnehmen. Trinken Sie ein Glas Wasser dazu. Bezüglich eines angemessenen Dosierungsschema müssen Sie Ihren Arzt bzw. Apotheker konsultieren. In der Regel beträgt eine bestimmte Dosierung hinsichtlich des Zustandes zwischen 100 bis 450 Mg pro Tag. Die empfohlene Dosierung für eine Kategorie von älteren Patienten umfasst 50 Mg pro Tag. Korrektur der Dosierung verlangt nicht vollständig im Fall von Nierenversagen. Im Fall von Leberversagen, sollen die Patienten additive beta-Adrenoblocker verwenden, die in der Leber nicht zerstört werden.

Vorsichtsmaßnahmen

Sie sollen vermeiden, Alkohol zu trinken, weil Alkohol mit Beloc zu Symptomen wie Schwindel und Schläfrigkeit führen kann. Die Patienten, die an Diabetes leiden, müssen vorsichtig sein, so weit wie Symptome eines niedrigen Blutzuckers durch die Einnahme von Beloc maskiert werden können.

Kontraindikationen

Dieses Medikament wird für Patienten kontraindiziert, die Überempfindlichkeit gegen irgendwelche Bestandteile der Formel, akute oder chronische Herzschwäche, niedrigen Blutdruck (Hypotonie), kongestive Herzinsuffizienz, Erkrankungen der oberen und unteren Atemwege, Diabetes, Störungen der peripheren Durchblutung, Depressionen, Nierenversagen, Leberinsuffizienz, Funktionsstörungen der Schilddrüse, Myasthenia gravis haben, die schwanger sind oder stillen.

Mögliche Nebenwirkungen

Suchen Sie sofort nach Nothilfe, wenn Sie krampfartige Bauchschmerzen, Müdigkeit, Schlafstörungen, das Gefühl der Übelkeit, Depressionen, Gedächtnisverlust, niedriges Fieber, sexuelle Frustration, Schwindel, unregelmäßigen Herzschlag, Blutdruckabfall, kalte Extremitäten, Halsschmerzen, Speichelfluß, Retention des Stuhlgangs, Atembeschwerden, Keuchen haben. Wenn Sie andere Nebenwirkungen haben, die nicht aufgeführt sind, wenden Sie sich sofort an Ihren Arzt.

Wechselwirkung

Sie sollen extreme Aufmerksamkeit auf die gleichzeitige Einnahme von anderen Medikamenten zur Behandlung von Herzinsuffizienz und einigen Herzrhythmusstörungen (Digoxin) schenken. Sie sollen auch keine Calcium-Antagonisten verwenden. Gleichzeitige Einnahme von diesen Medikamenten kann zu gefährlichen Blutdrucksenkungen führen. Wechselwirkung zwischen zwei Medikamenten nicht immer bedeutet, dass Sie die Einnahme einer von ihnen aufhören müssen.

Verpasste Dosis

Nehmen Sie die verpasste Dosis so bald wie möglich ein. Wenn es fast Zeit der folgenden Einnahme ist, lassen Sie es gerade aus und gehen Sie zu Ihrem Einnahmeplan zurück. Nehmen Sie keine Extradosis ein, um die verpasste Dosis zusammenzusetzen.

Überdosierung

Wenn Sie denken, dass Sie das Arzneimittel überdosiert haben, suchen Sie sofort nach Nothilfe. Die Überdosis-Symptome sind: unregelmäßiger Herzschlag, Atemnot, Schwindel, Müdigkeit oder Ohnmacht, bläuliche Fingernägel.

Aufbewahrung

Bewahren Sie das Arzneimittel bei der Raumtemperatur zwischen 59-86ºF (15-30ºC) weg vom Licht, der Feuchtigkeit und Hitze auf. Nicht im Badezimmer aufbewahren. Bewahren Sie alle Arzneimittel weg von Kindern und Haustieren auf. Beachten Sie das Verfallsdatum!
