Es el resultado de la reducción de la frecuencia cardíaca anormalmente rápida. También ayuda a reducir el gasto cardíaco y reducir el riesgo de infarto de miocardio.
Instrucciones
Este medicamento se toma por vía oral con alimentos inmediatamente después de la ingesta de alimentos. Este medicamento no debe ser aplastado, mientras se lo mastica y se lo toma. Beba un vaso de agua con él. Teniendo en cuenta un esquema de dosificación adecuada, es necesario consultar con su profesional de la salud. En general, la ingesta de dosis en particular se diferencia debido al caso y puede variar entre 100 a 450 mg por día. La ingesta de dosis recomendada para una categoría de pacientes con edades comprendidas cubre 50 mg por día. La corrección de la ingesta de dosis no se exige en el caso de insuficiencia renal. En el caso de insuficiencia hepática, los pacientes deben usar aditivos beta-adrenobloqueantes que no se destruyen en el hígado.
Precauciones
Debe excluir el consumo de alcohol ya que puede interactuar con Beloc y dar lugar a síntomas tales como mareo y somnolencia. Los pacientes que sufren de diabetes tienen que ser cautelosos en cuanto a los síntomas de la hipoglucemia que pueden ser enmascarados por tomar Beloc.
Contraindicaciones
Este fármaco está contraindicado para pacientes que sufren de hipersensibilidad a cualquiera de los ingredientes de la fórmula, debilidad cardiaca aguda o crónica, presión arterial baja (hipotensión), insuficiencia cardiaca congestiva, enfermedades de la parte superior e inferior del tracto respiratorio, diabetes, disfunciones circulación de la sangre periférica, el embarazo, la lactancia materna, la depresión, insuficiencia renal, insuficiencia hepática, disfunción tiroidea, la miastenia gravis.
Los posibles efectos secundarios
Entre la gama de posibles efectos secundarios más comunes incluyen dolores de tipo cólico abdominal, cansancio, trastornos del sueño, sensación de estar enfermo, depresión, pérdida de memoria, fiebre baja, la frustración sexual, vértigo, latidos cardíacos irregulares, hipotensión, extremidades frías, dolor de garganta, flujo, de retención de las heces, dificultad para respirar, respiración sibilante.
Interacciones con otros medicamentos
Se debe prestar atención extrema a la ingesta simultánea de otros medicamentos utilizados en el tratamiento de la insuficiencia cardíaca y algunos ritmos anormales del corazón (digoxina). Usted tampoco debe tomar los antagonistas del calcio. Toma simultánea de estos medicamentos puede resultar en la reducción de la presión arterial peligroso.
Dosis olvidada
Si ha olvidado la dosis, tómela tan pronto como sea posible. En caso de que es casi la hora para la toma de la siguiente dosis, no tome la dosis olvidada y mantenga a su horario de dosificación normal. Usted no debe compensar la dosis olvidada tomando una extra.
Sobredosis
Si usted sospecha que tiene una sobredosis este medicamento, busque atención médica de emergencia inmediatamente. Los síntomas de sobredosis por lo general incluyen síntomas como taquicardia, dificultad para respirar, vértigo, fatiga o desmayo, color azulado en las uñas.
Almacenamiento
Este medicamento se almacena a temperatura 15-30 C (59-86 F). Debe mantenerse alejado de la humedad y se distribuye en apretado, resistente a la luz de contenedores. Evite el uso de este medicamento después del plazo de vencimiento.
