Información general

Instrucciones
Tomar Calan Sr exactamente según lo prescrito por su médico. La dosis inicial recomendada para tratar la presión arterial alta (hipertensión) es de 180 mg una vez al día por la mañana. Si es necesario, su médico puede aumentar la dosis para controlar su presión arterial. Hasta 240 mg se pueden tomar en una sola dosis una vez al día por la mañana, las dosis más altas deberían ser separados y se toma dos veces al día. La dosis inicial recomendada para ciertas personas (como los ancianos o aquellos con problemas de hígado o riñón) es menor de 120 mg una vez al día por la mañana. Si usted está siendo tratado por presión arterial elevada, siga usando este medicamento aunque se sienta bien. Tómelo a la misma hora todos los días.
Precauciones
Antes de tomar Calan Sr usted debe hablar con su médico si usted tiene enfermedad renal, insuficiencia renal, enfermedad hepática, insuficiencia hepática, cirrosis, insuficiencia cardíaca congestiva, la distrofia muscular de Duchenne, la miastenia grave, baja presión arterial, síndrome del seno enfermo, enfermedad cardíaca congestiva la insuficiencia cardíaca. Este medicamento puede causar mareos. No conduzca o realice tareas que requieren vigilancia. Limite las bebidas alcohólicas. Evite comer toronja o beber jugo de toronja mientras toma este medicamento.
Contraindicaciones
Usted no debe tomar Calan Sr si usted es alérgico a ella, clorhidrato de verapamilo, o cualquiera de los componentes inactivos de la droga, está embarazada o amamantando, o si tiene disfunción ventricular izquierda severa, síndrome del seno enfermo, bloqueo cardíaco, presión arterial baja (hipotensión), síndrome de Wolff-Parkinson-White, Lown-Ganong-Levine, un ataque al corazón, líquido en los pulmones.
Los posibles efectos secundarios
Obtenga ayuda médica de emergencia si usted tiene latidos cardíacos rápidos o lentos, náusea, fiebre, dolor de garganta, dolor de cabeza, pelado, mareos, dolor de estómago, erupciones en la piel de color rojo, ganancia rápida de peso, dificultad para respirar, pérdida de apetito, falta de aliento, orina oscura , coloración amarillenta de la piel o los ojos (ictericia), estreñimiento, picazón, urticaria, hinchazón de la cara, labios, lengua. Si usted nota otros efectos no mencionados anteriormente, consulte a su médico.
Interacciones con otros medicamentos
Dígale a su médico acerca de todas las medicinas que usted use, especialmente: carbamazepina, litio, el VIH o el SIDA medicina (indinavir, atazanavir, fosamprenavir, ritonavir), medicamentos para el fenobarbital, el ritmo cardíaco (quinidina, disopiramida, amiodarona), rifampicina, beta-bloqueantes (propranolol , bisoprolol, metoprolol, atenolol), digoxina, ciclosporina, medicamentos antifúngicos (voriconazol, el itraconazol, fluconazol, ketoconazol), antibióticos (claritromicina, telitromicina, eritromicina), cimetidina, lovastatina, sedantes (midazolam, triazolam, midazolam), teofilina, la buspirona. La interacción entre los dos medicamentos no siempre significa que usted debe dejar de tomar uno de ellos. Dosis olvidada

Sobredosis

Almacenaje
