Lozol (Indapamide)
Información general

Instrucciones
Tome Lozol exactamente según lo prescrito por su médico. La dosis inicial recomendada para la hipertensión arterial es de 1,25 mg una vez al día. Su médico puede aumentar su dosis si es necesario, hasta un máximo de 5 mg por día. La dosis inicial recomendada para la retención de agua, debido a la insuficiencia cardíaca congestiva es de 2,5 mg una vez al día. Si es necesario, su médico puede aumentar la dosis hasta un máximo de 5 mg una vez al día. Tome este medicamento por vía oral con o sin comida. Debido a Lozol aumenta la micción, lo mejor es tomarlo por la mañana.
Precauciones
Antes de tomar Lozol usted debe hablar con su médico si usted tiene enfermedad hepática, enfermedad renal, insuficiencia renal, diabetes, gota, el líquido o los problemas de electrolitos, algún tipo de alergia. Este medicamento puede causar mareos. No conduzca o realice tareas que requieren vigilancia. Limite consumir las bebidas alcohólicas. Evite sobrecalentarse o deshidratarse.
Contraindicaciones
Usted no debe tomar Lozol si usted es alérgico a ella, indapamida, o cualquiera de los componentes inactivos de este medicamento, a las sulfonamidas, o si tiene anuria. Informe a su médico si está embarazada o amamantando.
Los posibles efectos secundarios
Busque atención médica de emergencia si usted tiene mareos, dolor de cabeza, diarrea, vómitos, sudoración, boca seca inusual, latidos cardíacos irregulares, disminución de la orina, erupción cutánea, picor, hinchazón de la cara, lengua, garganta, urticaria, dolor o debilidad muscular. Si usted nota otros efectos no mencionados anteriormente, consulte a su médico.
Interacciones con otros medicamentos
Dígale a su médico acerca de todas las medicinas que usted use, especialmente: inhibidores de la ECA (lisinopril, captopril, ramipril, enalapril, benazepril), salicilatos (aspirina), medicamentos para la diabetes, los esteroides (prednisona, la hidrocortisona, prednisona), medicamentos para la presión arterial (verapamilo, metoprolol , bumetanida, triamtereno), el litio. La interacción entre los dos medicamentos no siempre significa que usted debe dejar de tomar uno de ellos. Dosis olvidada
Tome la dosis que se ha olvidado tan pronto como sea posible. No tome la dosis olvidada si es la hora para su próxima dosis. No tome más medicina para alcanzar la dosis pasada.
Sobredosis
Si usted piensa que tiene una sobredosis de la medicina debe buscar ayuda médica de inmediato. Los síntomas de sobredosis son náuseas, debilidad, mareos, boca seca, sed, dolor muscular, debilidad.
Almacenaje
Guarde el medicamento a temperatura ambiente entre 59-86 grados F (15-30 grados C) lejos de la luz y la humedad. No guarde los medicamentos en el cuarto de baño. Mantenga todos los medicamentos fuera del alcance de los niños y las mascotas.
