Tritace (Ramipril)
Informazioni generali
Indicazioni
È necessario consultare un medico per quanto riguarda il giusto dosaggio.Non abbandonare l'assunzione del farmaco a meno che non è consentito dal medico. Solitamente la dose standard di Tritace va da 2.5 a 20 mg da assumere giornalmente in dose singola o divisa in due porzioni più piccole.
Precauzioni
Prima di prendere Tritace consultare il medico se si è incinta o se si pensa di essere incinta. Il farmaco può secernere nel latte materno. Discutere tutti i potenziali benefici e tutti gli svantaggi durante il trattamento con Triatec se si sta allattando. Prima di iniziare il trattamento informare il proprio medico se si hanno:insufficienza cardiaca, ictus, insufficienza renale grave, ipotensione, alto o basso livello di potassio, lupus, diabete, sclerodermia, asma, glaucoma, sindrome di Marfan (una malattia ereditaria del tessuto connettivo), sindrome di Sjogren (degenerazione delle ghiandole salivari e lacrimali), artrite reumatoide. Seguire le istruzioni del medico circa il tipo e la quantità di liquidi che si possono bere.
Controindicazioni
Questo farmaco è controindicato in pazienti che sono ipersensibili a ramipril o ad uno qualsiasi degli altri ACE-inibitori, se si ha sofferto di angioedema (durante il trattamento con ACE-inibitori), lupus, sclerodermia, malattie ai reni o al fegato o se si ha uno squilibrio minerale con alti livelli di potassio o bassi livelli di sodio nel sangue.
Possibili effetti collaterali
Cercare immediatamente assistenza medica d'emergenza se si hanno:orticaria, edema facciale, diminuzione della respirazione, dolori muscolari, nausea o vomito, morbilità, cambiamento del colore delle urine, febbre alta, dolore al petto, palpitazioni, sensazione di vertigini o svenimento. Possono verifcarsi effetti collaterali meno gravi che sono transitori e possono causare: cefalea, vertigini, stordimento, debolezza, intorpidimento, formicolio alle mani, piedi, braccia o gambe, disturbi digestivi, prurito, eruzioni cutanee, iperidrosi. Se uno qualsiasi di questi sintomi persiste o peggiore, comunicarlo immediatamente al medico.
Interazioni farmacologiche
Tritace è in grado di interagire con i seguenti farmaci: integratori di potassio come K-Dur, Klor-Con, sostituti del sale che contengono potassio, diuretici come triamterene (Dyrenium, Maxzide, Dyazide ), spironolattone (Aldactone), o amiloride (Midamor), idroclorotiazide (HCTZ, Hydrodiuril, altri); litio (Lithobid, Eskalith, altri); digossina (Lanoxin), indometacina (Indocin), farmaci anti-infiammatori non steroidei ; farmaci usati per il midollo osseo; iniezioni d'oro, eparina, prodotti che possono aumentare il livello di potassio; pseudoefedrina, trimetoprim-contenenti farmaci. Nel caso in cui si sta già assumendo uno di questi farmaci, è necessario regolare con il medico la corretta posologia.
Dose mancata
Prendere la dose dimenticata non appena possibile. Se è quasi tempo di prendere la dose successiva saltarla e ritornare al vostro programma.. Non prendere dosi extra per compensare le dosi dimenticate. Se ci si è dimenticati di prendere più dosi in successione contattare immediatamente il medico.
Sovradosaggio
Se si pensa di aver assunto una dose eccessiva del farmaco cercare immediatamente assistenza medica d'emergenza. I sintomi da sovradosaggio sono:vertigini, svenimenti, stanchezza, pressione sanguigna eccessivamente bassa.
Conservazione
Questo farmaco deve essere conservato a temperatura ambiente di 15-30 gradi C (59-86 F) lontano dalla luce, calore e umidità. Evitare di conservare nel bagno. Conservare il farmaco lontano dalla portata dei bambini e degli animali domestici. Non utilizzare il resto del prodotto dopo la data di scadenza.
