Glycomet (Metformin)

Allgemeine Information

Metformin ist ein orales Antidiabetikum, das zur Klasse der Biguanide gehört. Es ist eine Erstlinientherapie, die bei der Behandlung von Typ 2-Diabetes bei übergewichtigen Menschen eingesetzt wird. Die Wirksamkeit von Metformin wird aufgrund der Fähigkeit der aktiven Substanzen, die Glykoneogenese im Körper zu hemmen, vorgesehen. Metformin wird auch bei der Behandlung von PCO-Syndrom und anderen Krankheiten, wenn Insulinresistenz eine wichtige Rolle spielen kann, verwendet werden. Es reduziert und normalisiert das Körpergewicht und verbessert die fibrinolytische Eigenschaften des Bluts.

Anweisung

Nehmen Sie Glycomet so ein, wie es von Ihrem Arzt verschrieben wird. Sie müssen sorgfältig alle Anweisungen befolgen. Um Typ-2-Diabetes zu behandeln, soll zunächst Metformin in einer Dosis von 500 Mg zweimal täglich oder 850 Mg einmal täglich eingenommen werden. Die maximal tolerierte Tagesdosis beträgt 2550 Mg in drei kleinere Dosen aufgeteilt. Wenn Sie Tabletten mit Langzeitwirkung verwenden, sollen Sie mit einer Dosis von 500 Mg oder 1000 Mg pro Tag beginnen. Dieses Medikament soll gleichzeitig mit den Mahlzeiten angewendet werden.

Vorsichtsmaßnahmen

Benachrichtigen Sie Ihren Arzt über alle anderen Medikamente, die Sie vielleicht einnehmen. Einnahme dieses Medikaments mit einer bestimmten Klasse von anderen Medikamenten kann zu Erhöhen oder Verringern der Auswirkungen führen oder sie in beiden Medikamenten verändern. Vermeiden Sie Alkohol zu trinken, während Sie mit diesem Medikament behandelt werden. Verwenden Sie Metformin vorsichtig, da es zu einem lebensbedrohlichen Zustand als Laktatazidose mit folgenden Symptome führen kann: Schwäche, starke Schläfrigkeit, Bradykardie, Muskelschmerzen, Bauchkrämpfe, und Schwierigkeiten beim Atmen, ein Gefühl, dass Sie möglicherweise ohnmächtig zu werden.

Kontraindikationen

Dieses Medikament wird bei Patienten mit Überempfindlichkeit, diabetischem Präkoma, Ketoazidose, Wundbrand, Abszess, Fußpilz, akuten Infektionskrankheiten, Leber- oder Niereninsuffizienz, akutem Myokardinfarkt, respiratorischer Insuffizienz, Dehydratation, chronischem Alkoholismus, kalorienreduzierten Diät (weniger als 1000 kcal / Tag), Laktatazidose, Schwangerschaft, Stillen, intraarterieller oder intravenöser Einführung von jodhaltigen Kontrastmitteln kontraindiziert.

Mögliche Nebenwirkungen

Suchen Sie sofort nach Nothilfe, wenn Sie Magen-Darm-Verstimmungen wie Durchfall, Dyspepsie, Bauchkrämpfe, Übelkeit, Brechreiz, metallischer Geschmack, Meteorismus; Hypovitaminose; Megaloblastenanämie; allergische Reaktionen wie Urtikaria, Schwellung, Juckreiz und Hautausschlag, Milchsäureazidose haben. Wenn Sie andere Nebenwirkungen haben, die nicht aufgeführt sind, wenden Sie sich sofort an Ihren Arzt. Metformin ist auch dadurch bekannt, dass es den Blutspiegel von Schilddrüsen-stimulierendes Hormon bei Menschen mit Schilddrüsenunterfunktion und bei Männern Testosteron verringert. Metformin kann zu Senkung des Blutzuckerspiegels im Blut führen, so seien Sie aufmerksam, wenn Sie Hunger, Reizbarkeit, Schläfrigkeit, Migräne, Anfälle Schwäche, Herzrasen, Zittern, übermäßiges Schwitzen haben. In diesem Fall sollen Sie immer eine Quelle der Zucker in der Nähe haben.

Wechselwirkung

Eine gleichzeitige Einnahme von Metformin mit Formen der Sulfonyl-Harnstoff und Insulin kann zu einer Hypoglykämie führen. Ethanol erhöht die Gefahr von Laktatazidose, deshalb sollen Sie sich der Konsum von Alkohol zu vermeiden. Cimetidin (Tagamet) kann die Beseitigung von Metformin aus dem Körper verringern, die zu der Erhöhung der Metformin-Menge im Blut bis 40% führt. Das kann Nebenwirkungen von Metformin wie Milchsäureazidose intensivieren. Derivate von MAO-Hemmern, β2-adrenergen Rezeptor-Agonisten, Angiotensin-Converting-Enzym-Inhibitoren, Cyclophosphamid, clonbratum, Oxytetracyclin, nichtsteroidale Antirheumatika können die blutzuckersenkende Wirkung von Metformin verstärken. Chlorpromazin Neuroleptikum hemmt Insulin-Freisetzung, die zur Erhöhung der Dosierung von Metformin führen kann, der nur bei gänzlichem Steuerung von Glukose im Blut-Serum angewandt wird.

Verpasste Dosis

Nehmen Sie die verpasste Dosis so bald wie möglich ein. Wenn es fast Zeit der folgenden Einnahme ist, lassen Sie es gerade aus und gehen Sie zu Ihrem Einnahmeplan zurück. Nehmen Sie keine Extradosis ein, um die verpasste Dosis zusammenzusetzen.

Überdosierung

Wenn Sie denken, dass Sie das Arzneimittel überdosiert haben, suchen Sie sofort nach Nothilfe. Tun Sie das auch, wenn es keine Anzeichen von Unwohlsein oder Vergiftung sind. Möglicherweise müssen Sie dringend ärztliche Hilfe brauchen. Die Überdosis-Symptome sind: Erbrechen, Durchfall, Bauchschmerzen, Herzrasen, Schwindel, Hypoglykämie.

Aufbewahrung

Bewahren Sie das Arzneimittel bei der Raumtemperatur zwischen 68-77ºF (20-25ºC) weg vom Licht, der Feuchtigkeit und Hitze auf. Nicht im Badezimmer aufbewahren. Bewahren Sie alle Arzneimittel weg von Kindern und Haustieren auf. Beachten Sie das Verfallsdatum!
