Micronase (Glyburide)

Allgemeine Information

Micronase ist ein Antidiabetikum (Sulfonylharnstoff-Typ), das hilft, den Blutzuckerspiegel zu kontrollieren. Es wird verwendet, um Typ-2-Diabetes (nicht insulinabhängiger Diabetes mellitus) zu behandeln. Es funktioniert durch eine gesteigerte Insulinproduktion in der Bauchspeicheldrüse und hilft dem Körper besser auf Insulin zu reagieren. Die Kontrolle hohen Blutzuckers hilft, Niereschaden, Blindheit, Nervenprobleme, Verlust von Gliedern, und sexuelle Funktionsprobleme zu verhindern. Die richtige Kontrolle von Diabetes kann auch Ihr Risiko für einen Herzinfarkt oder Schlaganfall verringern.

Anweisung

Nehmen Sie Micronase so ein, wie es von Ihrem Arzt verschrieben wird. Die übliche Dosis beim Starten des Medikaments beträgt von 2,5 Mg bis 5 Mg pro Tag, mit Frühstück oder der ersten Hauptmahlzeit eingenommen. Menschen mit Nieren- oder Leberprobleme oder Nebennieren- oder Hypophysen-Insuffizienz sollen mit einer niedrigeren Dosis (1,25 Mg täglich) beginnen. Ihr Arzt kann Ihre Dosis. Vorsichtsmaßnahmen

Vor der Einnahme von Micronase sollen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt sprechen, wenn Sie Nierenprobleme, Niereninsuffizienz, Leberprobleme, Leberinsuffizienz, Zirrhose, Nebennierenunzulänglichkeit, Nebennierenerschöpfung, pituitäre Drüse-Probleme, Enzym-Mangel, hämolytische Anämie, Elektrolyt-Unausgewogenheit (Hyponatriämie), Nervenstörung, die körperliche Funktionen betrifft, irgendwelche Allergien haben. Sie können verschwommenes Sehvermögen, Schwindel, oder Schläfrigkeit erfahren. Fahren Sie das Auto nicht oder führen Sie keine Aufgaben aus, die Aufmerksamkeit erfordern. Vermeiden Sie Alkohol zu trinken. Er kann die Gefahr der sich entwickelnden niedrigen Blutzuckergehalt vergrößern. Vermeiden Sie Aussetzung vom Sonnenlicht, den Ultraviolettlampen, oder den Sonnenbänken. Micronase kann Ihre Haut zum Sonnenlicht empfindlicher machen.

Kontraindikationen

Sie sollen Micronase nicht einnehmen, wenn Sie zu Glyburid allergisch sind, schwanger sind oder stillen, mit Bosentan behandelt werden, in einem Zustand der diabetischen Ketoazidose sind, oder wenn Sie Typ 1 Diabetes (insulinabhängig) haben.

Mögliche Nebenwirkungen

Suchen Sie sofort nach Nothilfe, wenn Sie Übelkeit, Sodbrennen, Völlegefühl, Gewichtszunahme, Verlust des Appetits, dunklen Urin, Blutungen, Gedächtnisstörungen, Kopfschmerzen, Halluzinationen, Gelenk- oder Muskelschmerzen, Sehstörungen, Juckreiz, Hautausschlag, Schwellungen von Gesicht, Lippen, Zunge, Schwierigkeiten beim Atmen, Nesselsucht, Halsschmerzen, Fieber, geistige Schwankungen oder Stimmungsschwankungen, Ohnmacht, Schwäche, vermehrtes Wasserlassen, schnelle Atmung haben. Wenn Sie andere Nebenwirkungen haben, die nicht aufgeführt sind, wenden Sie sich sofort an Ihren Arzt.

Wechselwirkung

Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt über alle Arzneimittel, die Sie einnehmen können, besonders über Antibiotika (Levofloxacin, Ciprofloxacin), ACE-Hemmer (Lisinopril, Enalapril, Ramipril), Rifampicin, antimykotische Medikamente (Fluconazol, Ketoconazol, Itraconazol), Cyclosporin, Blutverdünner (Warfarin), Betablocker (Propranolol, Metoprolol, Atenolol), Clonidin, Albuterol, Schilddrüsen-Medikament (synthroid, Thyroid, Levothyroxin), Antibabypillen, Herz- oder Blutdruck-Medikamente (Metoprolol, Bumetanid, Triamteren), Krampfanfällen Medikamente (Oxcarbazepin, Topiramat, Phenytoin, Carbamazepin), nichtsteroidale Antirheumatika (Celecoxib, Etodolac, Naproxen, Ibuprofen), Monoaminoxidase-Hemmern (Phenelzin, Tranylcypromin, Isocarboxazid). Wechselwirkung zwischen zwei Medikamenten nicht immer bedeutet, dass Sie die Einnahme einer von ihnen aufhören müssen. Informieren Sie Ihren Arzt über alle verschreibungspflichtige und rezeptfreie Arzneimittel, Vitamine und Phytopharmaka, die Sie einnehmen.

Verpasste Dosis

Nehmen Sie die verpasste Dosis so bald wie möglich ein. Wenn es fast Zeit der folgenden Einnahme ist, lassen Sie es gerade aus und gehen Sie zu Ihrem Einnahmeplan zurück. Nehmen Sie keine Extradosis ein, um die verpasste Dosis zusammenzusetzen.

Überdosierung

Wenn Sie denken, dass Sie das Arzneimittel überdosiert haben, suchen Sie sofort nach Nothilfe. Die Überdosis-Symptome sind: Schwäche, Sehstörungen, Schwitzen, Schwierigkeiten beim Sprechen, Zittern, Magenschmerzen, Verwirrtheitszustände, Krampfanfälle.

Aufbewahrung

Bewahren Sie das Arzneimittel bei der Raumtemperatur zwischen 59-77ºF (15-25ºC) weg vom Licht und der Feuchtigkeit auf. Nicht im Badezimmer aufbewahren. Bewahren Sie alle Arzneimittel weg von Kindern und Haustieren auf.
