Informazioni generali
Apcalis SX oral jelly aiuta a raggiungere una buona erezione durante il rapporto sessuale. Funziona migliorando il flusso sanguigno della muscolatura liscia arteriosa del pene. Funziona solo quando la stimolazione sessuale è presente.Un suo componente è Tadalafil che è usato per trattare i problemi sessuali maschili (impotenza o disfunzione erettile) bloccando uno specifico enzima (fosfodiesterasi-PDE5) nel corpo. Funziona solo quando la stimolazione sessuale è presente.
Indicazioni
Apcalis SX deve essere assunto una volta al giorno se necessario. Nei pazienti che assumono inibitori della proteasi si raccomanda di non superare la singola dose di 20 mg di Apcalis SX che va assunta 16 minuti prima dell’attività sessuale e la sua durata arriva fino a 36 ore.
Precauzioni
Evitare di mangiare pompelmo o assumere alcol e tabacco. Consultare il proprio medico se si è soggetti a: pene anormale, difetti congeniti del pene,precedenti di malattie coronariche, aritmie, angina, infarto miocardico o insufficienza cardiaca, ipo o ipertensione, emorragie, diabete, iperlipidemia (eccesso di lipidi nel sangue) , anemia falciforme , disfunzioni epatiche o renali.
Controindicazioni
Il farmaco è controindicato per gli uomini che soffrono di malattie cardiovascolari che stanno assumendo nitrati organici e antagonisti alfa-adrenergici.
Possibili effetti indesiderati
Gli effetti collaterali di Apcalis possono includere mal di testa, mal di schiena, congestione nasale, indigestione, dolori muscolari e rossore al viso. Per evitare gli effetti collaterali, si consiglia vivamente di consultare un medico prima di assumere Apcalis. Specialmente se l'erezione dura più di 4 ore, cercare aiuto medico immediato in quanto il pene potrebbe rimanere danneggiato.
Interazioni farmacologiche
Non assumere questo farmaco in concomitanza con medicinali che contengono nitrato organico e antagonisti alfa-adrenergici. Consultare il medico se si prende tali preparati.

Sovradosaggio
Il sovradosaggio può provocare gli effetti collaterali. Chiamare immediatamente l’assistenza medica d’emergenza se si presenta uno di essi.
