Cialis Soft appartiene al gruppo degli inibitori della fosfodiesterasi (PDE 5) utilizzati per trattare la disfunzione erettile o l’impotenza. Il farmaco agisce in combinazione con la stimolazione sessuale aiutando il sangue a fluire verso il pene per raggiungere e mantenere l'erezione. Bisogna tener conto del fatto che Cialis Soft non può funzionare senza un’adeguata stimolazione sessuale. Il farmaco agisce dopo 16 minuti dall'assunzione e il suo effetto dura fino a 36 ore.
Indicazioni
Si consiglia di assumere 20 mg di Cialis Soft almeno 16 minuti prima dell'atto sessuale. Il suo effetto può durare fino a 36 ore. Non superare la dose consigliata e non prendere Cialis Soft più di una volta al giorno.
Precauzioni
Prima di iniziare il trattamento con Cialis Soft si deve consultare il proprio medico e informarlo su tutti i possibili problemi di salute quali: pene anormale, compreso pene curvo e malformazioni congenite del pene, malattie coronariche, emorragie, ulcere allo stomaco, aritmie, angina, attacco cardiaco o insufficienza cardiaca, ipo o ipertensione, diabete, iperlipidemia (eccesso di lipidi nel sangue), anemia falciforme, problemi epatici o renali. Non prendere Cialis Soft con succo di pompelmo, bevande alcoliche e tabacco in quanto può portare ad un’improvvisa perdita della vista, problema correlato al nervo ottico.
Controindicazioni
Cialis Soft può interagire con alcuni farmaci. Non si può prendere se contemporaneamente si sta assumendo qualsiasi forma di nitroglicerina, nitrati come isosorbide, nitroprussiato o qualsiasi medicina “donatrice di ossido nitrico” o droghe ricreative contenenti nitrato di amile o di butile.
Possibili effetti collaterali
Le reazioni allergiche possono includere frequenti arrossamenti del viso,disturbi di stomaco, diarrea, cefalea, sintomi simil-influenzali e nausea. Gli effetti collaterali più rari sono: pressione sanguigna bassa, visione offuscata e cambiamenti nella visione dei colori, eiaculazione anomala, erezioni prolungate o priapismo (erezione dolorosa che dura più di 6 ore). Se questi effetti collaterali sono fastidiosi o persistono è necessario consultare il medico.
