Controindicazioni
Il farmaco non deve essere assunto da pazienti ipersensibili a qualsiasi ingrediente del farmaco. Non è consentita l’assunzione del medicinale a donne e bambini. Esistono alcune controindicazioni per i pazienti che stanno già assumendo altri farmaci mirati a trattare problematiche dovute alla frustrazioni sessuali o che usano farmaci appartenenti alla classe dei nitrati.
Possibili effetti collaterali
Non dovrebbero presentarsi gravi effetti collaterali. Esistono però alcuni sintomi che possono apparire a causa della reazione avversa al farmaco come: indigestione, bruciore di stomaco, diarrea, vertigini e naso chiuso. Eventuali reazioni allergiche gravi non sono state ancora osservate. Tutti i pazienti che hanno già effettuato il trattamento con Intagra non hanno riscontrato nessun grave effetto collaterale. Se in qualsiasi caso si presentano effetti indesiderati non indicati sopra, è consigliato contattare immediatamente il medico.
Interazioni farmacologiche
Il farmaco non dovrebbe essere assunto contemporaneamente con un farmaco appartenente alla classe dei farmaci nitrati chiamato poppers (medicinali con amile e butile nella loro formula può dare una forte combustione di energia), farmaci alfa-bloccante, altri farmaci per il trattamento dell’astysia e medicinali per il trattamento dell’alta pressione sanguigna. Consultare il medico per ulteriori informazioni.
Dose mancata
Il farmaco viene assunto solo quando si ha necessità, in modo da non dover seguire un programma preciso di dosaggio.
Sovraddosaggio
Se si pensa di avere assunto un sovradosaggio del farmaco cercare immediatamente assistenza medica. I sintomi di sovradosaggio possono essere: dolore al torace, sensazione di essere malati, sensazione di testa leggera, sincope e palpitazioni.
Conservazione
Il farmaco deve essere conservato a temperatura ambiente tra i 20-25 °C (68-77 gradi F) lontano dalla luce e dall'umidità. Evitare di conservare i farmaci in bagno. Conservare tutti i farmaci lontano dalla portata dei bambini e da animali domestici. Non assumere il farmaco dopo la data di scadenza.
