Levitra Oral Jelly est un moyen thérapeutique servant au traitement de la dysfonction de l’érection. Son élément actif est le Vadernafil. Le médicament permet d'augmenter le flux sanguin dans le pénis, ce qui favorise l’atteinte et la maintenance d’une érection lors des rapports sexuels.
Posologie
Levitra Oral Jelly est produit sous forme de sachet de 20 mg. Il est recommandé d’en prendre une heure avant les rapports sexuels. Vous ne devriez pas dépasser la dose recommandée.
Précautions
Avant de commencer le traitement au Levitra Oral Jelly, vous devez informer votre médecin de tous vos états et surtout des points suivants: problèmes de rein ou de foie, troubles de saignement, ulcère à l'estomac, ou rétinite pigmentaire, réaction allergique à un médicament, déformation de pénis telle qu’une angulation, fibrose caverneuse (maladie de La Peyronie), anémie falciforme, myélome multiple, ou leucémie.
Contre-indications
Il est contre-indiqué de prendre du Levitra Oral Jelly si vous présentez une sensibilité à l’un de ces composants, si vous avez suivi un traitement biologique aux nitrates ou à des inhibiteurs de protéase du VIH tels que l'indinavir et le ritonavir, si vous avez moins de 16 ans.
Effets secondaires possibles
Interaction des médicaments
Avant de commencer le traitement avec du Levitra Oral Jelly, informez votre médecin de tous les médicaments que vous prenez, en particulier de l'érythromycine, du kétoconazole (Nizoral), de l'itraconazole (Sporanox), de l'indinavir (Crixivan) et du ritonavir (Norvir), des alpha-bloquants (térazosine ou Hytrine). Les patients qui prennent des nitrates organiques doivent éviter d’utiliser du Levitra Oral Jelly.
Omission de dose
Levitra Oral Jelly est utilisé en cas de besoin, il est donc peu probable d’omettre une dose.
Surdosage
Si vous pensez avoir pris une surdose du médicament, demandez une aide médicale d'urgence immédiatement. Les symptômes de surdosage sont des douleurs au dos, des douleurs à la mâchoire ou au bras, de la cécité, une vision floue, des douleurs ou de l'inconfort dans la poitrine, une diminution de la vision, une vision floue.
Conservation
A conserver à température ambiante entre 15-30 °C (59-86 °F) hors de portée des enfants, des animaux, à l’abri de l’humidité et de la lumière du soleil.
