I am 100% satisfied with how it worked out and I want to congratulate you on operating such a professional service. Although I had some problems with the ordering process at first, your customer support team proved to be really helpful and polite. The pills actually have the same effects as the brand name ones but at a fraction of the cost. Depakote agisce sulle sostanze chimiche del corpo che che possono causare crisi epilettiche. Il suo principale componente è il sodio valproato. Depakote è utilizzato per il trattamento di vari tipi di disturbi convulsivi. A volte è usato insieme ad altri farmaci per le crisi.
Indicazioni
Assumere Depakote esattamente come prescritto dal medico. Bere molta acqua durante l'assunzione di questo farmaco. Può rendersi necessario modificare la dose se non si ottengono liquidi a sufficienza ogni giorno. Non smettere di usare Depakote senza aver prima parlato con il proprio medico, anche se ci si sente bene. Se si verifica irritazione allo stomaco, assumere il farmaco a stomaco pieno. Si consiglia di assumere Depakote ogni giorno all'incirca alla stessa ora. Per la Mania associata a disturbo bipolare la dose iniziale raccomandata per gli adulti è di 750 mg somministrata in dosi frazionate. Per trattare l'emicrania La dose iniziale raccomandata per gli adulti è di 250 mg due volte al giorno.
Precauzioni
Controindicazioni
I pazienti con reazione allergica al farmaco, condisturbi del ciclo dell'urea, malattie del fegato o con disfunzione epatica significativa non devono assumere Depakote. Anche in caso di gravidanza o d'allattamento è sconsigliata l'assunzione del farmaco.
Possibili effetti collaterali
Cercare immediatamente assistenza medica d'emergenza se si hanno:vomito, urine scure, perdita di appetito, colorazione gialla della pelle o degli occhi (ittero), febbre bassa, mal di stomaco, nausea, orticaria, tracce di sangue nelle urine, dolori muscolari, difficoltà di respirazione, visione doppia, difficoltà di respirazione, ingrossamento delle ghiandole linfatiche, mal di gola, dolore cutaneo. Meno gravi effetti collaterali possono includere: strano sapore in bocca, perdita di capelli, sonnolenza, ingrandimento del seno, diarrea, debolezza, tremore, disturbi di stomaco e cambiamenti dei periodi mestruali. Se si notano altri effetti non elencati sopra, contattare il medico.
Interazioni farmacologiche
Si informi il medico circa tutti i farmaci in uso, in particolare riguardo a:antibiotici (ertapenem, meropenem, imipenem), clonazepam, diazepam, etosuccimide, felbamato, lamotrigina, amitriptilina, aspirina, carbamazepina, rifampicina, tolbutamide, topiramato, anticoagulanti (warfarin), zidovudina . Si noti inoltre che l'interazione fra due farmaci non necessariamente deve portare ad una sospensione dell'utilizzo di uno dei due farmaci. Si informi il medico circa tutti i farmaci in uso compresi i farmaci da prescrizione,quelli da banco, farmaci per il dolore,sonniferi,farmaci per il rilassamento muscolare e prodotti erboristici.
Dose mancata
Prendere la dose dimenticata non appena possibile. Saltare la dose, se è tempo per la dose successiva. Non prendere dosi extra per compensare le dosi dimenticate.
Sovradosaggio
Se si pensa di aver assunto una dose eccessiva del farmaco cercare immediatamente assistenza medica d'emergenza. I sintomi da sovradosaggio sono: polso debole, sonnolenza, perdita di coscienza, sonnolenza, respirazione superficiale.
Conservazione
Conservare il farmaco a temperatura ambiente tra i 59-77 gradi F (15-30 gradi C) lontano dalla luce e dall'umidità.
