I didn't know what to expect from generic pills at first, but after trying out some of your products I was pleasantly surprised. The generic ED pills really do work as advertised and have allowed me to save quite a lot of money. He is more confident in bed and we feel like a young couple again. Rythmol (Propafenone)
Informazioni generali
Rythmol è un farmaco anti-aritmico che viene somministrato con l'obiettivo di trattare una serie di malattie legate alla frequenza del battito cardiaco, quali aritmie atriali e ventricolari. Agisce rallentando l'afflusso di ioni di sodio nelle cellule muscolari cardiache, causando una diminuzione dell' eccitabilità delle cellule.
Indicazioni
È necessario consultare un medico circa il corretto dosaggio. Non smettere di prendere il farmaco a meno che non sia consentito dal medico. Amministrare l'assunzione per via orale con un bicchiere pieno d'acqua. Il farmaco deve essere assunto a stomaco pieno, in quanto migliora l'assorbimento di questo farmaco e riduce il rischio di ferite allo stomaco.
Precauzioni
Controindicazioni
Questo farmaco non viene somministrato in paziente con insufficienza renale, epatite, cirrosi, allergia al danazolo, porfiria, insufficienza cardiaca, insufficienza cardiaca congestizia, perdite vaginali eccessive . Consultare il proprio medico prima di iniziare il trattamento, nel caso in cui si è incinta, si sta pianificando una gravidanza o si sta allattando in quanto il farmaco può causare danni al feto e inquinare il latte materno. L'allattamento al seno deve essere interrotto se si sta assumendo il farmaco.
Possibili effetti collaterali
Cercare immediatamente assistenza medica d'emergenza se si hanno:reazioni allergiche che coinvolgono eruzioni cutanee, orticaria, difficoltà di respiro, senso di oppressione al petto, gonfiore della bocca, del viso,delle labbra,della lingua,delle palpebre, vertiginii, visione offuscata, secchezza della bocca, labbra ,unghie e palmi di colore blu, svenimenti, palpitazioni, febbre alta, nausea, mal di stomaco, diarrea acquosa o sanguinosa, vomito, dolori muscolari e delle articolazioni, perdita di appetito, brividi. Questo non è un elenco completo di tutti i possibili effetti collaterali. Altri effetti indesiderati si possono verificare e ci possono essere anche alcuni effetti collaterali non ancora conosciuti. Nel caso in cui si è manifestato un qualche effetto indesiderato non elencato sopra, informare immediatamente il medico.
Interazioni farmacologiche
Si informi il medico circa tutti i farmaci in uso, in particolare riguardo a:antiaritmici (amiodarone, chinidina), antibiotici macrolidi (eritromicina), fenotiazine (tioridazina), pimozide, antibiotici chinolonici (ciprofloxacina), antiemetici antagonisti del recettore della serotonina (dolasetron), antidepressivi (imipramina) , o ziprasidone, antifungini (ketoconazolo), cimetidina, inibitori della proteasi HIV (ritonavir), inibitori selettivi del reuptake della serotonina (SSRI) (fluoxetina), inibitori del reuptake della serotonina noradrenalina (duloxetina), o venlafaxina, anticoagulanti (warfarin), beta-bloccanti (propranololo ), digossina, aloperidolo, lidocaina.
Dose mancata
Prendere la dose dimenticata non appena possibile. Se è quasi tempo di prendere la dose successiva saltarla e ritornare al vostro programma.. Non prendere dosi extra per compensare le dosi dimenticate.
Sovradosaggio
Se si pensa di aver assunto una dose eccessiva del farmaco cercare immediatamente assistenza medica d'emergenza. I sintomi da sovradosaggio sono:sensazione di vertigini, giramenti di testa, sincope, gusto metallico, palpitazioni, convulsioni, affaticamento e diminuzione del desiderio sessuale.
Conservazione
Conservare il prodotto a temperatura ambiente tra 25 ° C (77 F) di distanza delle fonti di luce, calore e umidità. Non conservare in bagno. Tenere il prodotto fuori dalla portata dei bambini e degli animali domestici. Non applicare eventuali resti del medicinale dopo la data di scadenza.
