Se mejora la síntesis de proteínas y se acelera el almacenamiento de proteínas por el cuerpo. Es un elemento esencial para prevenir la depresión y la psicosis senil. También ayuda a detener el deterioro de la actividad mental en los pacientes que tienen SIDA.
Instrucciones
Tome este medicamento exactamente como su médico se lo haya recetado. Debe seguir detenidamente todas las direcciones. Evite sobrepasar la dosis o tomar el medicamento por más tiempo de lo que fue aconsejado por su médico. La dosis estándar recomendada de metilcobalamina es de 10 mg administrados una vez al día en caso de trastorno del sistema nervioso periférico. Para tratar la enfermedad hepática, los pacientes con pancreatitis deben tomar 5 mg 2 veces al día o 10 mg una vez al día. Curso del tratamiento se realiza durante 3-4 semanas. Este medicamento se toma por vía oral. Ponga una tableta debajo de la lengua por lo tanto, se puede disolver lentamente. Cambie su lugar para evitar la irritación de las mucosas.
Precauciones
Notifique a su médico sobre cualquier otro medicamento que pueda estar tomando, además de éste. Posibles efectos secundarios
Una respuesta adversa a un medicamento puede implicar reacciones alérgicas tales como dificultad para respirar, urticaria, respiración sibilante, comezón corrió, dolor en el pecho e hinchazón de la cara. Las reacciones alérgicas son conocidos como potencialmente mortales que pueden causar shock. Por lo tanto busque ayuda médica de emergencia en caso de que cualquier síntoma de alergia durante el tratamiento con metilcobalamina. En raras ocasiones Metilcobalamina puede causar formación de coágulos de la sangre dando lugar a embolias pulmonares, ataques cardíacos, accidentes cerebrovasculares.
Interacciones con otros medicamentos
Dosis omitida
Si usted ha omitido una dosis, tómela tan pronto como sea posible. En caso de que sea casi la hora para la siguiente dosis, no tome la dosis olvidada y mantenga a su horario de dosificación normal. Evite compensar la dosis olvidada mediante la adopción de uno extra.
Sobredosis
Si usted sospecha que ha usado demasiado de este medicamento, busque atención médica de emergencia inmediatamente. Debe hacerlo incluso si los síntomas de malestar o intoxicación no se han indicado a la vez. Es posible que necesite atención médica urgente. Los síntomas de sobredosis incluyen micción frecuente, porque su cuerpo hace que el agua para diluir los elementos tóxicos, orina turbia, dolor muscular y articulaciones, confusión mental, diarrea, náuseas.
Almacenaje
