Clobetasol è un importante sostanza per gli steroidi della pelle;riduce l'azione di quelle sostanze chimiche presenti nel corpo che causano infiammazioni, arrossamenti e gonfiori. Il farmaco viene somministrato per il trattamento delle infiammazioni e del prurito provocati da reazioni allergiche, eczema e psoriasi della pelle.
Indicazioni
Assumere il farmaco esattamente come gli è stato prescritto dal medico. Non utilizzare Clobetasol sulla pelle lacerata o infetta. Applicare sul viso pulito e asciutto.
Precauzioni
Evitare il contatto del farmaco con gli occhi .In caso di contatto, sciacquare immediatamente con acqua. Informare il proprio medico se si soffre di eczema,glaucoma,se si è diabetici o se ci si trova in stato di gravidanza.
Controindicazioni
Evitare di usare il farmaco se si è allergici ad esso.
Possibili effetti collaterali
Il farmaco può causare rossore, eruzioni cutanee e qualche reazione allergica. Si informi il proprio medico su eventuali effetti collaterali insoliti o che vi recano particolare disturbo.
Interazioni farmacologiche
Evitare di utilizzare Temovate con altri corticosteroidi e farmaci che abbassano il sistema immunitario. Informare il proprio medico circa tutti i farmaci in uso.
Dose mancata
Prendere la dose dimenticata non appena possibile. Saltare la dose, se è tempo per la dose successiva. Non prendere dosi extra per compensare le dosi dimenticate.
Sovradosaggio
Se si pensa di aver assunto una dose eccessiva del farmaco cercare immediatamente assistenza medica d'emergenza. I sintomi da sovradosaggio possono includere: dolore al torace, aritmia o vertigini.
Conservazione
Conservare il farmaco a temperatura ambiente tra i 68-77 gradi F (20-25 gradi C). Conservare lontano da umidità e luce. Tenere fuori dalla portata di bambini ed animali domestici.
