Posologie

Précautions
Avant de commencer votre traitement au Femara, veuillez informer votre médecin de tous vos états de santé, surtout concernant les maladies du foie. Les femmes enceintes ne doivent pas prendre de ce médicament. Il faut utiliser des méthodes contraceptives efficaces.
Contre-indications
Les femmes enceintes doivent éviter de prendre Femara.
Effets secondaires possibles
Les effets secondaires peuvent être les suivants: de l’urticaire, des éruptions cutanées, de la difficulté à respirer, un gonflement du visage, ainsi que des bouffées de chaleur, des maux de tête, des sueurs nocturnes, des douleurs musculaires ou des articulaires, de la fatigue, une sensation de faiblesse, une prise de poids, des nausées, un gonflement des extrémités. Si vous ressentez l’un des effets secondaires énumérés ci-dessus, contactez votre médecin.
Interaction des médicaments
Avisez votre médecin de tous les médicaments que vous utiliseriez. Femara peut avoir une interaction avec le tamoxifène, le létrozole, les médicaments métabolisés par les enzymes cytochromes P450 (2A6 et 2S19).
Omission de dose
Prenez la dose omise dès que possible. S'il est presque l’heure de la prochaine prise, il suffit de sauter la dose omise et de revenir à votre horaire de prise habituel.
Surdosage
Si vous pensez avoir pris une surdose du médicament, demandez une aide médicale d'urgence immédiatement.
Conservation
Conservez le médicament à la température ambiante entre 20-25 °C (68-77 °F), à l'abri de l'humidité, de la chaleur et de la lumière du soleil. Il n'est pas recommandé de garder ce médicament dans une salle de bain et à des endroits accessibles aux enfants.
