Thanks to your promotional ED pack I was able to regain some of the vigor that I had when I was in my twenties. Now, after 3 orders I can confidently say you do an awesome job. Baclofen (Baclofen)
Informazioni generali
Baclofen è un farmaco prescritto per il trattamento delle seguenti condizioni: crampi muscolari, rigidità, spasmi dei muscoli scheletrici, clono muscolare e lesioni del midollo spinale. Baclofen provoca il rilassamento dei muscoli scheletrici.
Indicazioni
Si consiglia di prendere il farmaco nelle modalità con cui è stato prescritto dal medico. Prendere Baclofen con un grande bicchiere d'acqua. La dose iniziale raccomandata è di 5 mg 3 volte al giorno. Non superare la dose consigliata.
Precauzioni
Prima di iniziare il trattamento con Baclofen informare il medico se si hanno le seguenti condizioni di salute: malattie renali, diabete, convulsioni, ictus, allergia al Baclofen o ad altre medicine/cibo/ coloranti o conservanti, o in caso di gravidanza o di allattamento.
Controindicazioni
I pazienti con malattie renali, epilessia o altri disturbi come coaguli di sangue, ictus o allergia al Baclofen non devono assumere il farmaco.
Possibili effetti collaterali
Gli effetti collaterali più frequenti sono: reazioni allergiche, eruzioni cutanee, prurito o orticaria, gonfiore del viso, delle labbra o della lingua, dolore toracico, stipsi, ipotensione, allucinazioni, vomito, depressione respiratoria, insonnia,aumento della frequenza urinari o ritenzione urinaria e convulsioni. Se si verifica uno degli effetti indesiderati sopra elencati contattare il proprio medico.
Interazioni farmacologiche
Chiedere ed informarsi presso il proprio medico su tutti i farmaci che si possono utilizzare in concomitanza con l'uso di Baclofen. Baclofen interagisce con i seguenti farmaci:antistaminici, farmaci per la depressione, per l'ansia o per altre patologie mentali, codeina, ossicodone, tramadolo, e propossifene, farmaci per dormire, fenobarbital.
Dose mancata
Se ci si è dimenticati di prendere una dose, la si prenda il prima possibile. Se è quasi ora per la dose successiva, prendere solo quella dose. Non assumere due o più dosi.
Sovradosaggio
Se si pensa di aver assunto una dose eccessiva del farmaco cercare immediatamente assistenza medica d'emergenza.
Conservazione
Conservare il farmaco a temperatura ambiente tra i 15 ed i 30 gradi C (59 e 86 gradi F). Conservare la scatola di Baclofen ben chiusa e lontano dalla portata di bambini.
