O que devo dizer ao meu médico antes de tomar este medicamento?
Ele precisa saber se tem de alguma das seguintes condições:
- doenças renais
- reacções alérgicas anormais à fexofenadina, terfenadina, outros medicamentos, alimentos, corantes e conservantes
- se está grávida ou a tentar engravidar
- se está a amamentar
Como devo tomar este medicamento?
Este medicamento deve ser tomado por via oral, com um copo de água. Pode tomar este medicamento com as refeições ou em jejum. Tome as doses prescritas a intervalos regulares, conforme indicado pelo seu médico. Não tome mais doses deste medicamento do que as indicadas pelo seu médico. Poderá ter que tomar este medicamento durante vários dias até sentir uma melhoria dos sintomas.
Consulte um pediatra relativamente à utilização deste medicamento em crianças. Apesar deste medicamento poder ser prescrito, em determinadas circunstâncias, a crianças a partir dos 6 anos de idade, é necessário fazê-lo tomando as devidas precauções.
Sobredosagem: Se pensa que poderá ter tomado uma dose superior ao prescrito contacte o Centro de Informação Antivenenos ou os Serviços de Urgência de imediato.
NOTA: Este medicamento é apenas para si. Não o partilhe com outros.
O que fazer se falhei uma toma?
Se falhar uma toma, tome-a assim que puder. Se estiver quase na altura de tomar outra dose, tome apenas essa dose. Nunca tome duas doses deste medicamento.
O que pode interferir com este medicamento?
- anti-ácidos
- eritromicina
- sumos de toranja, maçã e de laranja
- cetoconazol
- produtos que contenham magnésio
Esta lista pode não incluir todas as possíveis interacções. Informe o seu médico sobre os medicamentos que esteja a tomar, incluindo medicamentos sem necessidade de prescrição médica, suplementos alimentares, produtos naturais ou dietéticos.
